After the Nissan dealership told my mom that she required a new steering rack, I called Fastlane, got a much cheaper quote, and authorized the $2300 worth of parts/labor work to be done. My mom brought her car in for the work, but upon a proper inspection, turns out the only work required was tightening the steering rack mounting bolts (which were almost certainly left loose by town center Nissan on a prior visit- stay away from there). Fastlane could have easily taken my $2300, but nope, they did the right thing and fixed my problem damn near for free. Seems unbelievable in this day and age. I will absolutely be returning for any future work. They also did great routine work on my BMW X6M. You can trust these guys.
