Do not use if you want it to be delivered at the time you are available or want professional service, we had a large $8000 product delivered and dropped off with this company today and it has been a terrible experience. The company called yesterday to verify hours for the delivery, this was a pallet delivery and 345lbs so we had to arrange for people to help bring it inside of our business. The delivery time is literally written on the DOL for 10am-1pm or 3pm-6pm, we got numerous calls from the driver at 6:45AM stating they were at our business to deliver. Our staff is only available during the times we gave them and those times are also posted on our door as we are a member only access 24 hour gym. Thankfully a member let the delivery driver in to drop off the crate, but of course they left all the way on the other side of where we would have had them drop it off had they delivered when they were supposed to. We paid hundreds of dollars for this delivery and confirmed it the day before, then instead of coming back when they were supposed to as it was written on the DOL so he could get a signature they just left it. And then told my member "We're just going to leave it outside of the gym if no-one is here to sign for it," in what world is that ok? So fast forward to I now had to ask my movers to come in early as this giant pallet couldn't sit in my lobby all morning, and then I contacted the driver 2 hours after they dropped off and asked to email the DOL. Which is fine, but then called AGAIN and hour later and then his coordinator called AGAIN asking why I hadn't sent it in yet? And when I explained it was delivered it at the incorrect time so unfortunately I have to re-arrange my day so you will have to wait until I have a few minutes to do that, his response was "wow". We didn't have a choice in the shipping of this item but I will tell you if we order anything else and they are the carrier we will order from another vendor to avoid using them. I just got off the phone from with this shit hole joke of a company. I spoke to some outsourced Indian guy named Udai who was the most rude person I've ever come across in my life... They should deport this guy ASAP. The BG story is I bought a 49" ultra-wide Samsung G9 Odyssey pc monitor which was defective. Samsung agreed to exchange it but it took 2 months of phone calls & multiple headaches to get them to actually send a replacement & they even closed my service request 2x's w/o resolving the issue. This monitor is huge (the size & weight of a tv) so it's not as easy as packing it up in box & mailing it back out for replacement. After 2 months of waiting w/ multiple delays my replacement monitor is finally ready to be delivered & KW International/AIT Worldwide Logistics screws everything up. I never get any details or instructions on how the monitor exchange/delivery process works. KW International/AIT Worldwide Logistics expects me to wait all day for them & tells me I have to package up the old huge/heavy monitor before they arrive all w/o knowing what condition the replacement will be in. KW International/AIT Worldwide Logistics had the wrong phone number for me and then their joke of an employee named Udai starts yelling at me about them having them having an incorrect phone number. Hey asshole, I don't know why you don't have the wrong phone number, but that's an KW International/AIT Worldwide Logistics issue on your end, don't yell at me about your screw up. Then Udai yells at me that they don't deliver on weekends (ok fine) and then refuses my right to choose a time slot for a weekday. Also, i have a job & I need a monitor to do my job; I can't wait all day for my delivery nor can I box up a 49" monitor w/o some help & it's unreasonable to ask me to do so last minute w/o any advanced notice or fore mentioned exchange procedure instructions. Furthermore, I'd like to be sure the replacement I get works & is better condition than what I have before sending the old unit back. At this point I'm fed up w/ the way I'm being treated & Udai's tone & lack of understanding, so I tell him that there are business laws & procedures that needs to be followed & that he's just a 3rd party delivery person & that he has no say on what Samsung told me about their own exchange process; Udai then hangs up on me. I have to call him back & he lectures me & was extremely rude & then he told me I have no right to inspect the delivery nor will he wait for me to do so; and that I must accept & sign for the package w/o inspecting it or knowing if it's damaged or not. SAMSUNG LITERALLY TOLD ME I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO INSPECT THE DELIVERY & NOT SIGN FOR IT/REFUSE IT SHOULD IT NOT BE TO MY LIKING - YET SOME NOBODY AT KW INTERNATIONAL/AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS NAMED UDAI IS HAVING A POWER TRIP & THINKS HE CAN CIRCUMVENT MY CONSUMER RIGHTS & SAMSUNG'S OWN POLICY. KW INTERNATIONAL/AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS IS A SHIT COMPANY! You can see from the reviews below I'm not alone in my opinion. I waited for 2 months for this delivery & now all because of some nobody at KW INTERNATIONAL/AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS everything got screwed up. I will not be treated like this from some lowly shipping company. I have called Samsung and told them that the KW INTERNATIONAL/AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS was circumventing their exchange policy & my consumer rights. I'm looking for an attorney to file a class action lawsuit against KW INTERNATIONAL/AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS business practices & I will now refuse the exchange & any communication from KW INTERNATIONAL/AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS & will be returning the monitor to Samsung rather than exchanging it which means Samsung lost a sale all because of some rude jerk who doesn't deserve a job. Do not use this company. They advised that the repair of my two year old dryer would be over $1000. When I declined service, they said they would provide a written explanation, so that at least I could speak with Samsung about a possible refund or other compensation. They failed to do that and when I called the service headquarters at KW International, they phone rep would not assist and essentially hung up on me. Very rude. read more

DO NOT USE this company. My Washer was under a two-yr warranty. They came to look at my washer- having issues with the panel- they showed me a few things on how to use, then rang some diagnostics with his phone. 45 min after the repair person left (one guy did nothing but watch) I had puddles of water on my floor and the machine was beeping and turning on by itself. the problem did not exist before he came out for the diagnostics. Called to come back- asked for a different repair person, they sent me the same guy- this time he said oh it is this part that needs to be replaced. Asked me for Windex and then soap to put on the floor to pull the washer out! NO, I am not going to put soap on my stone floor! He said he did not have his air lifter and I would have to call an installer to move the machine out before he repaired it. He put his tools directly on the glass top of my dryer, with our protection, and was not prepared. He does not know what he is doing- stay away from this company. They probably just invoice Samsung even when they do nothing - My advise find someone else! read more

The worst customer service, nobody even answers the phone nor do they respond to emails.Have tried for days at different times, same result.

I had a warranty claim with Samsung for a washing machine that took 6 weeks. Upon the machine arriving at KW International, I called as I was told to do so by Samsung and KW International had no information to give me. 5 days later, still no call to set up an appointment. So I called to find out that they would not be able to deliver and set up my washing machine for 10 days. Their Hayward facility which my machine was at is only 30 minutes from my house! So I asked the man at the Hayward facility if I could pick it up since they can't deliver in a timely matter and he said no and was very rude. Finally called the LA facility and spoke with a supervisor who set it up for me to pick it up the next day. When I arrived, the facility in Hayward was DISGUSTING, FILTHY, and DISORGANIZED. I now know why they can't make timely deliveries - all their trucks were there and not loaded at 10 am on a Tuesday! And the warehouse was only half full. They are a sad excuse for a trucking company. read more
