Came for an oil change and they tried to screw me! After my oil change my car started leaking!!!! In late 2023 At 48k miles I got a new transmission...and I spent almost 7k fixing all leaks...came in for an oil change a few weeks ago and left with a leak...came back again they said they fixed the plug...it still leaked...came back again they replaced the plug it still leaked...but THIS TIME not only did it leak, it was now knocking when I put it in reverse!!!!! I bring it back and they tell me I NEED A NEW OIL PAN! Then the manager tells me they're going to do the labor free and charge me $280 for the parts!...Mind u the call is being recorded....during that call I got him to accidentally admit his tech damaged my oil pan!!! I told him he better fix my car and I'm not paying a cent!!! He agreed! I will NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE AGAIN!!!! read more

We purchased a CPO Car from this dealership. They only had 1 key and told us call us on Monday we will get you the second key, no problem. We have been calling for weeks and everyone gives us the run around. The GM, which actually closed our purchase, has not called me back or retuned any of my voicemails. I was so relieved when I found this place. I've dealt with numerous car salesmen lately, and I've been leaving their dealerships upset. I was greeted very professionally and nicely by Luis. He didn't pressure me and he had the attitude of a caring person. Other car salesmen I've encountered have been in a rush, are pushy, or didn't care at all if I bought a car. Not Luis!! Terrible, terrible service. Was recommended to make an appointment in the morning for faster service. Then they advised there would be a 3 to 4 hour wait. This was not the case. My appointment was at 9am, and was still waiting until 4 pm. They couldn't even make a courtesy call to let me know how long, or if my car was even ready. I had to show up, and all 6 employees looked dumbfounded when asking if my car was ready. Look I get it we're in a time of the Karen's and a pandemic, but please don't make me out to be the fool for your irresponsibility. COVID doesn't really change the auto buying experience. Of course you'll get contacted by someone that isn't there in this instance Liz Rodriguez. When you're there you get pushed off to any sales person, this is when I met Andy Vasquez. He was pleasant to deal with and had great demeanor. Through the myriad of back and forth the endless repartee waited the standard two plus hours for them to deal with the finance companies and I get the general gist you have to work with a lender after they make their risk assessment and see if they would approve you. I wanted to see one car that is on their site and within budget and my subprime status. When I was finally advised we can move forward I finally convinced Andy to let me test drive the only car I was interested in seeing, which at first they were really reluctant in showing me. In trying to test drive the car a blue 2012 Audi A3 Sportback the car looked great until we go to test drive it. The car wouldn't turn on lol the battery had died or was dying, no wonder they didn't want me seeing it. It is as they knew and were keeping me away to save face. You would think with auto sales being down almost 40% they would make the process easier. My point in all this is don't buy the Audi! It's priced above market and has issues. read more
