Would give 0 stars if I could. We came in for a race and were told the wait would be around 30 minutes. An hour later, we asked for an update and were told another 45 minutes. So basically, they just make up numbers to keep you hanging around. If we'd been given an honest estimate, we never would've wasted 2+ hours here. They don't disclose when multiple parties are already booked ahead of you, and the front desk seems completely clueless on how to manage a schedule. We were told they'd "squeeze him into the next race," but instead they let another group go first, then finally allowed him to use his second race. The entire ordeal dragged on for over three hours--an absolutely ridiculous amount of time for something that should have been simple. The service is laughably incompetent. Staff communication is nonexistent, and they can't even keep their own promotions straight. Their website advertises a Friday night "glow night," but when we asked, the girl at the desk looked confused and said they don't do that. So, false advertising on top of everything else. The music is blasting so loudly in the waiting area you can't even have a conversation without shouting. Honestly, this place feels like nothing but a cash grab, disorganized, misleading, and a complete waste of time. I wouldn't just avoid this place, I'd actively tell people to go anywhere else. read more

My son loves this place. Both track and arcade are very clean and fun. It is a second time for us using this location. Service noticeably improved. We were met by warm and welcoming Ava at the counter. She was very helpful trough our registration process. I definitely recommend this location. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff is absolutely incompetent. The staff lies about the waiting times. You are quoted 20 to 30 minutes and I ended up at 2.5 hours. When I questioned the staff, I was treated poorly. Course is short, small and not a fun experience in general. Too much money for such a tiny course. I will stick to Houston Karting Complex! read more

this was awful. Half of the food menu was unavailable and the girl who was taking are order appeared to be hard of hearing (why would her job be to listen to people in a loud environment...) and the food that did come was awfull and very late. prob microwaved from Walmart. Now the driving experience was bad too. The guy kept yelling at us, for things that nobody told us how to do. he was very rude. they placed us (family with children) with a group of professionally trained racers. they kept hitting my children on purpose because they weren't going 4000 mph like them. it was extremely loud, difficult and anxiety inducing.
