The indoor go karts are definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately the arcade leaves a LOT to be desired. The prizes in the claw machines are off horrible quality. The amount of tickets you earn is abysmal... meaning prizes you can get at the end of your trip are even worse. The food and drinks at the bar were good however. So, that's a bonus. But, I'd say only go here for Karts and maybe the obstacle courses. Stick to a better arcade like Round1. read more

Went here last night with my family and we had such a fun time! The bowling was great and kept everyone entertained, and they also have an arcade that works for all ages, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. My husband tried the go-karts and had an absolute blast -- they give you 12 laps, which is the perfect amount of time to really get into it without feeling rushed. The food was decent, more like bar food, but it hit the spot while we were hanging out. The service was excellent -- everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great place for a family night out or just some fun with friends. We'll definitely be going back! read more

Came to bowl, the place was shutdown 2 hours before a party with no notice. Go-karts closed till 6pm. Soda fountain is only dispensing water. Employees don't care. The card machine is displaying connectivity errors. The bathroom is disgusting and has feces on the toilet seats and kids walking around in socks unsupervised in the bathroom. Total pigsty. Plus, when we came in we waited on line for 20 minutes only to be told it was the karting line, and it sucks to suck because we didn't do the waivers first so we have to leave and wait in line again. read more

I have been around a couple of tracks accumulating almost 7k points in k1 speed and i can tell you the Mount Kisco track is one of the best i visited, the staff is friendly , polite and safety inclined , you will have lots of fun like i always do!!! Racing here is a challenge for the people that want to really feel the heat of racing. and also fun for the kids with all their arcade games and food. This was one of the worst experiences I ha e ever had. I had my daughter's 13th birthday at the site in Mount Kisco this past weekend. I have never had a worse experience or seen less competent staff ever. Niko, the manager looks as if he is 18 years old and had no control over any of the other staff. No one knew anything that was going on. My daughter's drive was over and the food took another 20 minutes to arrive. The area where the party was held was not roped off in anyway and was open. So not only was it incredibly noisy but also there were several people not in our party hanging out and watching the track. Then when the food finally arrived there was barely enough to feed the kids. We chose pizza and chicken fingers. How do you mess up pizza??? It was dry and overcooked, even if there was enough to eat which there wasn't. Then there were not enough forks for both the food and the cake which I had brought. The woman (Yelinda) who was running the party had put the cake in the refrigerator even though there was a huge sign on top of the cake to keep it at room temperature. She then had to go collect the cake. She later had to go get more forks as well. As we were leaving, a second grade boy (not in our party or known to us) had slammed his head on some metal in a ride and was bleeding profusely from his head. As I nurse practitioner, I understand that the head bleeds a lot. Your staff gave him paper towels and later brought ice, but he should never have been moved with a head injury. The staff should have called an ambulance for him to be transported. The kid was rightly terrified and his father drove him to the ER. His father left another boy (also 2nd grade) alone as well. Your staff should have stayed with this kid, but no one did. We stayed with him until his mother arrived. I am shocked that you have not had more issues. One of the staff members did not even know where the bathroom was. read more

Go karts are way too slow. You can basically run these carts full throttle for like 99% of the track (and maybe 95% throttle entering some corners). It was not challenging at all and borderline boring. Also for some reason the track surface changes midway through to a more slick surface. One of the people in our group inquired it and was told that they had to reduce the top speed because they were having issues with the carts going too fast (several carts were out of commission). This was unacceptable imo because we were still paying full price. On top of that the on line reservation system is messed up. We had a group of 8 people trying to sign up for the same races but times would randomly disappear which made it hard for us all to book together (even though in reality they were not sold out). Hopefully when we arrived the front desk was able to get us all together. read more

I enjoy coming to this arcade with my kids but I think there are some ways they could improve. I'll start with some of the things I appreciate about this place. It's big and has a nice variety of arcade games. I think they could offer a bit more value when buying credits. $50 gets you 136 credits which is about 45 plays if you take the average of most games being about 3 credits. It would be nice if you got some free credits which the purchase of a $20 card. I've gone twice and the staff working in the prize area were super unfriendly. The prizes are disappointing. As parents we spent $100 for two kids to play in the arcade our kids ended up collectively with about 3000 tickets and there weren't any prizes they even wanted. The owners should invest in some nicer prizes. These prizes wholesale costs very little. It wouldn't hurt to be more generous. read more

We had a births day party for my sister in law. The whole family was there(kids adults). Everything was amazing. Lots of fun bowling, car racing and kids games. Tara was the bartender who also waited on us. She was great. She was attentive to come over consistently and ask if we needed anything. Tara made it a great experience. ARCADE SCAM!... we went to K1 for a birthday party and my daughter had a great time at the Ninja course with her friends. Unfortunately the party ended with a $10 card to use at the arcade. My daughter played skeeball 3 times and earned 10 tickets each time, she then did the bean bag toss and got another 10 tickets. Neither of those games gave you tickets based on how many points you got, you get 10 no matter the score which is pretty lame. She also spun the big wheel and got 75 tickets. She then spun the little wheel and got 10 tickets there. She had also played the candy crane game 3 times, I am not sure if you get tickets for playing that, bc I wasn't tracking it. She then had enough points to play skeeball again and got another 10 tickets. We were shocked when we went to check her card for how many tickets she had for a prize and it said she only had 30 tickets!!! When she had earned 135+ and that was only with the $10 card we got from the party. If you are spending more of your actual money I would track each ticket your kid earns very closely, my daughter was VERY disappointed. read more

Was fun until they slowed my car down for no reason whilst everyone else continued at 55 causing me to go from 2nd place to 8th and to be completely bored the entire round. On top of this, I was told I would get a free birthday round to then be told I needed to wait over an hour to enjoy this round. Came here for a second time today and the karts were extremely slow which made for very boring racing. Last time our lap times were around 45 seconds, today they were over 50 seconds. You don't even need to brake for the turns, that's how slow the karts are. We also played some arcade games while waiting for our race - complete waste of money. Great location, GPS does not take you to the right place (GOOGLE GPS). They have a 2 floor race track which is nasty off the hook. Lots of other games and for the little girls they have a nail bar and salon which is great. The bar/restaurant is pretty decent. Drinks are on the NYC scale and food too and taste pretty good. They need more staff to help the restaurant. I ordered 3 items and I had to remind them about 2 and still got 1 wrong. Eventually they fixed one of the issues and the other I was, forget it and i just wanted to go home. Even asking for a Togo container, they got that wrong. read more

Went bowling with friends on a Saturday night. We made reservations and paid online beforehand to secure our spot. It was $40 to rent one bowling lane for one hour and it serves up to five people. Just make sure you watch the time while bowling because the timer shuts off and the computer cut us off when we were bowling our last round.... We asked the employee if she would give us five more minutes so we could finish our last round and she gave us a bit of an attitude but then gave us the minutes. read more

Service was very spotty everywhere, seemed like a lot of goofing off more than working. Manager of karts kept getting in everyone's race and then wouldn't bump my kart to his speed. as a matter of fact anytime I had a good lap they killed the power on the car so I couldn't get faster. Meanwhile he's lapping people and going dangerously faster than everyone else. Suggest another track if this guy is working he just takes all of the fun out of it. last time I came here I was able to get faster and faster each lap but it seemed this time they kept lowering my power. also the first kart I went out with had a dangerously loose steering wheel and when I slowed to tell them they just ignored me and then my kart went even slower. I wish I could say I loved this location as much as RPM in Stamford but that is just not the case. Long story short they cancelled a corporate event on me without any notice. Background: I contacted Grand Prix Mt Kisco to book a bowling event for a few teams within my company. It was not easy to get in contact with the event planning department but once I did we got everything set and they sent over a contract. I told them I needed to talk to my manager and then subsequently I emailed them and told them we needed to make adjustments to the contract because what they sent over was not what we had discussed. I did not receive a response (ever) so I proceeded to call and never received a call back (they said they would leave my number on the desk of the events coordinator). I then emailed again and then called and finally spoke to someone on 11/26. I spoke to Victoria who told me my event had been cancelled (I never received notice) because I had not returned the contract and I explained it was because the contract was incorrect and that I needed an updated one with the correct details. She then sent me an updated contract and I signed right away and submitted (within the hour). She assured me we would be all set. **I want to note Victoria was wonderful and I have no issues with her! I was then contacted by the "manager" (I wish I could remember his name) and he told me our contract was cancelled and she should have never rebooked me because they had someone else book the entire room instead and they had no space for me. Even though my event was first and the issue was on Grand Prix, the manager seemed entirely unapologetic, told me they "never received my emails" of which I have proof of sending. The man continued to gaslight my the entire time and blame me for not signing an INCORRECT contract and then told me "I'm sorry you feel that way" when I said this was not how business is conducted. Needless to say I will NEVER book an event with this establishment and that manager needs to take a few lessons in how to handle customer service situations. I've always loved taking my son here for bowling and the great arcade. Unfortunately, last night when I was there, I felt incredibly unsafe. Despite the current mask mandate, very few people were masked. Many teenagers and adults were moving about closely and shouting with no face covering. It was a Friday night and quite busy. When I addressed this at the front desk, the employee told me they don't have enough staff to enforce it and the manager doesn't care anyway. Speedy! You no longer have to wear the uncomfortable, nasty jumpsuits; just the neck guard and helmet. Might be a good idea to have a shower cap to protect against lice. Try and find online deals like Groupon and the like. You need to pay for a "membership" in addition to the racing cost. It's not a cheap time out, but it's fun. The kids can go slower on the family track. Mom and Dad can rev it up on the bigger track. No bumping or you're shut down. For those with bad knees, it can hurt. Lots of accelerating and braking in an awkward position for the legs while applying a lot of pressure on the pedals. One friend was limping afterwards for a few days. The bar seems fun and they also have some good food choices - pretty trendy eating and drinking option. The arcade is also fun - lots to do even if you don't race. read more

Came in last minute for bowling/racing for my brother's birthday. It was super busy with tons of birthday parties. But the staff gave information on availability to not waste my time. Much needed addition to Westchester. The facility is clean, spacious and filled with fun family activities. The racing is top notch. The bowing is good too. And there are enough good arcade games to kill an hour with. We have had three kid birthday parties here over the past couple of years in the VIP bowling room. The room is huge. You have about 10 bowling lanes and a ton of tables. We had between 35-50 people at each party and it was more than enough space and lanes to easily accommodate. The server we had the first party wasn't great, but since then the servers have been great - helpful and kind. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a family outing, date night or to host a party. read more

You can enjoy a good adrenaline rush driving like the Fast & the Furious!! Besides the pricey fees, what's not to like about it?? My boss took us here for the "team buidling meeting" (but we had to pay out of our pockets ($45 for 2 races, approximately 22-24 laps)) and we definitely bonded! Although you may get super competitive, you still need to follow the rules. As a matter of fact, I got black flagged for my reckless driving rear-ending my co-workers!! LOL! How often do you get to rear-end your boss' car and get away with it?? Priceless! Hehehe!! FYI, after the 2nd warning you'll get expelled from the race, which I think is a bit harsh. I may be a sucky maniac driver, but I surely had a blast!! The maximum speed is only 40mph but trust me, it's still pretty challenging! I'd be coming here more often if it was cheaper!!! Made a pit stop here for some go karting and drinks last summer. What was supposed to be a quick stop.. we ended up staying here for half the day. But it was heaven. We signed up for a couple of races and it included the jump suit, head sock, neck protector, and helmet. I felt like I was a professional driver there! What is even cooler is that they record your lap times so you can see how fast you're smoking the rest of the competition. Indoor race means you don't have to deal with the heat either, because trust me ... It gets really hot in those suits. Drifting is absolutely thrilling, I don't have the balls to try it with my 01' Honda Civic , not on purpose at least. And after your races are done, enjoy some food and drinks from their bars. I don't know about the wait times since I came on a weekday last year and jumped straight into the racing fun. Many other reviews said they had to wait 45mins - 2 hours ? I would never take my children here again. After increasing my daughter's speed an the junior track without my knowledge or permission, she crashed head on into a barrier. She has had neck pain as the result of whiplash ever since. I sent an email to the manger who was supposed to get back to me. That was two weeks ago and no one has reached out to me. Came here this weekend. First of all, the staff was super friendly and eager to help with any questions. We did go-karts first. We sat through the briefing and went onto the track. My only complaint here is that it seemed like they had 3 tracks and we got put onto a really small one. Seemed like the big one was open so nots sure why this was. The attending go-kart staff were really helpful and friendly in making sure we felt comfortable with what we were doing and offering any advice. We had fun at the arcade too. I didn't pay for the gaming, but we had 50 credits and I felt that lasted longer than I expected. We also did the 3d moving chair ride in the front. Food kiosk charged me twice for a food order that the restaurant said they didn't receive. I spent 25 minutes going back and forth with the bar-tender who was made to go back and forth between me and the manager who never came out to speak with me directly. They said it was "just a hold" but I was indeed charged $220 for service never rendered and am now in dispute with my bank over the charges. Very frustrating, most especially that the manager couldn't bother to help but rather sent a young kid back and forth. We were able to get a refund for the bowling (again, after the young person on the bowling end went back and forth to the manager who didn't bother to come out). Extremely disappointing experience that now needs to be disputed with my bank. read more

When we first sat down the bar was full however that quickly changed when the bartenders decided they wanted to play Nintendo and refused to put the games back on the television.
