Commemorative cup of icee $8, entitles you to $3 refills.

The staff is very helpful and approachable. The first thing you do is complete a waiver, pay your fee, and then get your Jumpin socks. There is a concession stand that offers, nachos, pizza, icees, soda, Keurig/k-cup coffee, tea, candy and most important of all WATER!! You definitely want to have lots of water on hand. The location is clean and the event hosts go above and beyond to keep the guests engaged. The main reason that they get three stars is due to the lack of a safety video, which is usually standard, albeit dull, but necessary. The other reason being that the location is smaller than it looks and some of the play areas were closed and opened at random without warning. The food is standardly mediocre as is expected for this type of establishment. Let's be real, no one comes here for the food. In all respects, it's for the best because you don't want to get full just to bounce and jump around for hours. The icee machine is great, except that they ran out of the cherry flavor which left mountain dew and warheads watermelon (think sour'n'sweet) as your only options. Overall a good, fun way to burn some calories if you come here with a group, the proper set of expectations, and prior experience. This is located off the main road within a strip mall that also has GrandPrix and other entertainment locations.

Super fun place! We came here for a birthday party last month. My daughter had a blast. Her favorite thing to do in there was the rock climbing wall. She made it to the top 3/4 attempts. I will definitely be back with both kids!

Rockin' Jump is such a great addition to the area - meaning the whole of Fairchester! I've come alone and with friends, and I'm excited to say that I now have a new place in town to bring visitors. The staff here are so attentive and seem to go above and beyond when asked. Thanks for the cool socks too!

We just had our daughter's 8th birthday party at Rockin Jump. Everyone loved it. The facilities are clean and Paige, our party host did everything to make it special for our girl. Totally recommend it!

Long lines were forming because it's such a novelty when it is reopened for about 10 minutes of every hour. My kids were turned away, even after walking up all the stairs. The food area was disgusting and dirty. Only one person was responsible for making the food and running the register. He kindly also served the food to tables. However, the floors and every single table were disgusting. Nothing was wiped the 2+ hours we were there despite not being busy. Finally, there was no soap in the single person bathroom by the new section. I don't mean the soap dispenser was empty. It looked like a soap dispenser had been ripped off the wall and zero accommodations were made for a simple pump to be on the sink! Truly disgusting. Right next to the "employees must wash hands" sign. Why renovate a place and make it nice to let it go to waste like this? Disappointing.

I've been to other sky zone facilities (Ridge Hill - central Ave - etc) with better overall supervision and oversight. Just because you're in Mt Kisco doesn't mean you should shortchange the customers on staffing. We planned to get there as early as possible to avoind any crowds, since this was our first time. We arrived at 12 pm, right when it opened. The place was empty and we were greeted by some friendly and helpful employees. We filled out the appropriate waivers (can either be done on your mobile device or they have a computer set up near the counter as well)...the waivers are for adults and children. The 60-minute bounce passes are about $20 for children and $25 for adults. They are good in "rounding-up" the times...si if you arrive at 12:15, they will give you allow your time to expire at 1:30, giving you 15 extra minutes. You are also required to buy and wear socks (about $2.50 each), but they can be taken home and used again if you return. For my family of four, it was about $100. There is an arcade section in the front area which has some shooting games, air hockey and a bunch of other ticket-winning games where you can accumulate tickets and trade them in for prizes, similar to Dave & Busters. This area is generally small and was a nice bonus. All the machines in this area are card operated, which you can purchase at the front counter...essentially 4 tokens equal $1 and most games are 4-6 tokens per play. After you get your pass, you get to roam free. There are a few different bounce areas; open bounce, foam pit, volletball area, climbing area and a large free bounce area. What I really appreciated was that there were a few designated areas for the little ones (5 and under). For someone who hasn't bounced before...let me tell you...it was quite a workout. My legs are sore they day after. The only additional area you can purchase optionally, is the rock wall climb area...which I believe is about $5 per climb. There were drinks (soft drinks - $3) and snacks (cookies/chips - $2ish) for sale at the front counter. One gripe was that we could only find one bathroom there (family bathroom), and the condition was pretty bad...especially for the place only being open for under two hours. Another gripe was that a bunch of the arcade machines did NOT work as expected. We needed to have points on our game card reimbursed a few times. While we were there, from about 12-2pm on a Friday, the place never got really crowded. The workers, mostly teenagers/early twenty-somethings, were all very nice. They all seemed to have positive and cheerful attitude. I understand that it may not be easiest to deal with bouncing kids all day, so kudos to them. Overall we had a great time here, but I would likely check out the other places in the future for comparison.

What a DISASTER!…read more While this place could potentially be fun, the staff is absolutely clueless and the entire place is just so obnoxiously filthy. The staff is not trained, in anything, at all. They don't know how to properly ring you up (even though we had 3 people behind the registration desk when we came in - I still had to explain how to charge me; all 3 men were more interested in talking to each other than taking care of customers), they don't monitor the jumpers or enforce any safety procedures whatsoever. I could potentially let that slide if I really had to but the absolute filth we found at Get Air was just so unbelievable. First of all, we are still dealing with COVID. Even if we weren't, the entire place consists of high touch areas but nobody is cleaning anything. The website advertises "Our Commitment to Cleanliness" which is such a lie! They claim to clean multiple times throughout the day but let me tell you - a lie! The main floor, right as you walk in, full of dirt, paper and other things (sticky too!). I brought two small kids for jumping with me and I had to hold them the entire time because the floor was just so disgusting. You cannot possibly believe that people will take your word that you are cleaning this place multiple times throughout the day. The filth on the floor was at least a couple days old. The vending machines - dirty! I get it - kids touch the glass and all. I understand. But don't lie to customers you are cleaning and disinfecting and all, when you are so obviously not. Bathrooms - OMG where to I even start?!?! So sickening... and the changing mat for a child who is not potty trained yet?! Almost made me nauseous. I had to scrub that thing down with 1/3 of my box of wipes, put a blanket on it and all, just to make sure I could change my son. UNBELIEVABLE! The least Get Air could do is to get a new mat, since the one they have has never been changed; it's yellow and brown. Nobody cleans that - I guarantee it. I have kids, I know what dirt looks like and when things are not cleaned. Get Air is NOT A CLEAN PLACE by any means. It's a shame. I spent $60 today to look at the most disgusting place I've seen in years. And mind you - this is during COVID too. And the fact this place is supposed to be for kids, big and small, and the owners and management do nothing, absolutely nothing, to keep it clean for the sake of our kids, is just mind-blowing and so off-putting. I absolutely did not feel safe or comfortable at Get Air. They claim that the "jumpers' health and wellness are of the utmost importance" to them but that is a lie. PLEASE take your kids elsewhere, there are a lot of other, wonderful and CLEAN places in Stamford and Norwalk. A VERY disappointed mom

However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

There were just a handful of activities they really couldn't do. That being said, I saw a bunch of toddlers who were also having a blast. The namesake slide was closed all morning, which was a bummer, but I'm also not sure my kids would have actually done it. The trampolines, acrobatic swing bar, and multi-level play structure were their favorites. I agree that some people working here were more happy to be there. The waiver is long. Try to do it ahead of time.

Great experience at Air Riderz Adventure Park in Port Chester…read more Large covered parking lot shared with other stores and shops nearby. We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.

We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday here today and what could normally be a stressful day for most parents, ended up being such a breeze!! I went in a few weeks before the big day and the manager (?) was kind enough to give me a tour and a rundown of exactly how the time would be spent. For the first half hour, the kids have free range of the jungle gym area, that reminded me of Discovery Zone from my youth. The next half hour was spent in a separate room that had trampolines, rock walls, swings, bubbles, balls...it was kid heaven. Keep in mind our group had age ranges from 1 all the way to 11, and everyone seemed entertained! During the whole time the staff was super attentive and assisted any of the kids if they needed help. The last half hour we all moved to the food area that was decorated so beautifully, where everyone enjoyed the cake and food and again, the staff was super on point and handled everything. They served the kids food, they cut and served the cake, and they cleaned up when we were done! I can't reiterate enough how efficient the 3 women were!
