But later that evening I noticed my dog scratching a lot(the 14th), and today (a day later, the 15th), I found fleas. I called immediately and they told me, and I quote- "two dogs came in BEFORE Blair and they were infested with fleas. We sprayed Blair in hopes it would prevent her from catching them." I'm sorry, you could've told us before we dropped our dog off that you had an infestation? This is incredibly unprofessional and overall disturbing that you wouldn't notify me just so I you wouldn't lose money. My husband and I are now covered in bites, and my poor dog is so uncomfortable. He asks if 1 is a good pickup time. I got them there at 9:45, appointment was at 10 am. I ask, could I get them a little early? He said he would ask & took my number just in case. I called the groomer because I didn't want her to rush, so if I needed to wait, I was taking my family back home. No one answered. Then I got a call from her that she needed 2 hours per puppy. She then let it slip she had 2 dogs scheduled ahead of us with a pickup time for 1. So she gave our appointment away, basically. I offered to wait because she said it would be 2 before she could be done. She said I would need to reschedule so she didn't rush my puppies through their appointment! Do not use these people, very unprofessional!
