The office has all the latest equipment, more than I have seen in any other dentist office in one instance I had a molar that needs to be extracted. Dr. LaBelle did that without any need to send me to a specialist. In another instance I needed a cap which Dr. LaBelle also did with excellent results. Could he or Dr Greene help with this? NOPE! Based on the fact Dr Greene never returned my calls. No one said I must get my cleaning and exam in a hospital (limitations with opening). Only said needed to complete sedation dentistry in A hospital. Desperately wanting a cleaning and exam I called and requested an appt. They said when would you like to come in... I said what's your soonest. They said today 7pm. I took it. I just wanted a cleaning and exam. Cleaning went well... While on vacation, part of my tooth broke off. I called this office first thing Monday morning as a brand-new patient, and they got me in immediately. After a thorough exam and X-rays, the dentist confirmed I had a significant cavity that required a root canal and crown. Needless to say, I was not happy. I was in pain having a hard time eating the office graciously rearranged their schedule and fit me in that very afternoon. From the moment I walked in, every member of the staff treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. They listened carefully to my concerns about my heart and never once made me feel like I was overreacting. Instead, they took the time to explain everything and adjusted my treatment plan by avoiding epinephrine because of my medical history. The doctor was absolutely incredible. When it came time to numb the area, I honestly did not feel the injection. I was amazed. Even without epinephrine--which I know makes the procedure more challenging for the dentist--he made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. I walked into this office expecting one of the worst days ever and left feeling amazed.
