He told us that he had a similar situation and they found out that "something" had been left on or open, slowly draining the battery. We had checked the battery and it was at 11.2. After he charged it up the battery voltage went up to 14. He suggested that she run the engine for 20 min to charge the battery. Let's just say, we've been checking everything when we get out now.
