On Friday, Jan 9th, My daughter's Jeep wouldn't start so we panicked first then calmed down trying to figure out what was wrong. While she had the hood up, the cart guy for Safeway suggested roadway assistance . She made a request and a very nice gentleman named Bruce (Kepaa) came. He told us that he had a similar situation and they found out that "something" had been left on or open, slowly draining the battery. We had checked the battery and it was at 11.2. After he charged it up the battery voltage went up to 14. He suggested that she run the engine for 20 min to charge the battery. Let's just say, we've been checking everything when we get out now. Long day at work only to come back to my car with a flat tire. The first service company never came out to help when requested at 7:43pm. I waited over an hour. Then I called my insurance company again to send me another service to help me out. It was already 9:00pm, it's getting late & I'm tired. Employee by the name of Daniel showed up to assist me looking very unprofessional and messy. He was sweating purfusely his speech was slurred. He lacked the knowledge to assist with my needs. The people on the phone were nice and the guy was prompt to get to me, although he was swerving and almost hit a pedistrian as he approached my vehicle. I think he was on drug. I already made a complaint to Geico and I definitely recommend calling someone other then Daniel for you future road side assistance needs read more
