Guy shows up an hour and half after calling, no big deal, but then charges me $300 to tow it across the street. 0.1 miles of a drive just to get my car which does not run to where I needed it fixed. I am not a customer, but saw the Aloha Towing driver dropping off my neighbor's vehicle to our shared (side by side) carport. The driver dropped the car at an angle blocking our side too. The driver was verbally aggressive, threatening my neighbor. Now I wasn't out at the very start, but from the tow driver it sounds like my neighbor suggested where to place the car. The tow driver was very irritated and threatened beat my neighbor. At that point, there were a number of witnesses so I think it was all bark, no bite (not that we wanted to see bite). I did ask the tow driver to move the car over so it wouldn't block my wife's vehicle on our side, but he didn't care. He did leave a scrape in the driveway as he disconnected my neighbor's vehicle. The two driver did go down the street, turned around, and again got out of the tow truck and said something to one of the neighbors kids before getting back in the truck and leaving. I will get my neighbor to reach out to the company manager to file a complaint. read more

When I called to get an estimate for tow services, I was quoted $150.00 plus a little more for a hook-up charge. Because they offered a 10% military discount, I decided to go with Aloha Towing. Imagine my shock and anger at hearing the price quoted by the driver; $280.00!!! And my mechanic was only 7.6 miles away from my residence. A $130.00 hook-up charge that took less than 5-minutes to do, I knew at that point I was being ripped off. What's also suspicious is that there was no cost breakdown on my invoice, just my name and total of tow charges. Now my insurance company is also questioning that. Can't believe this is an actual business lol. The biggest joke of a tow company you can find. 10/10 recommend if you like being lied to and dealing with incompetent people. Also, if you want to call their office, they'll answer like it's someone's personal phone lol! They were hired to tow a truck because the key would not start it. It needed to go to the dealership. The driver being 1-1/2 hours late says to me "if the truck starts I won't tow it to save you money". Does your company not communicate? The point was to be towed. Not to be a mechanic and see what the problem was. That's the point why it needed to go to the dealership. Here's the best part, the driver didn't even know where to tow my truck lol!!!! I would not recommend this company. They charge way too much. I paid $12 per mile and the hookup fee was about $350. Total bill was $680. They towed me about 24 miles. The only reason this is 2 stars is because the tow truck driver was cool. read more

My car's battery died today, luckily at a gas station. I called the first number available on a google search for "towing service", and lucky me, it was Aloha Towing. The woman who answered the phone quoted a jump start to be "around $100" and that she would send a driver within 20 minutes. Thankfully the driver did arrive with the 20 minute range, however his pricing did not match that of the original quote. He informed me a jump start would be $200!!!! At that point I felt I had no other choice but to accept the charge and get on my way. It took the driver a few times before he was able to get my car running. I know nothing about cars, so this might be a common occurrence. He then informed me to keep my car running so it can "recharge the battery", still no idea if that's accurate. Today these guys towed my jeep for 19 miles and the charge was 526.oo dollars . I cant stress the fact enough that any other company would have done it for half the cost.
