Pron-tow service was pronto on time to get my flat tire MINI! He told me he was pretty close, right up the street in Kaneohe and was very nice and professional. It was 8:15 am in the morning and when I came out my front run flat tire was completely non drivable. I had been nursing it and putting air it for a week and was waiting for the weekend to drive it SLOWLY on the Like Like hy to BMW. I guess my MINI didn't like that idea. Pron-tow came quickly, loaded my MINI baby so carefully and professionally, he knew exactly what he was doing. I told him it had to be brought to BMW of Honolulu, and my road side assistance covered it. He saw my sticker, wrote down my VIN and said no problem, he'll take it directly there. When he arrived to the dealership in 30 minutes, he called me (even before my service advisor!) to let me know my MINI arrived safely. I didn't have to wait forever for the tow, and my dealership had my tire in stock, sent their shuttle guy for me and I had my car in time to have lunch in town! Our jeep broke down and we had it parked on the street in front of our house. The city put out signs saying they were going to do sewage repair in front of our house and the street needed to be cleared or any vehicles were going to be towed (they indicated the work would take place the very next day) With such short notice, I was worried about finding someone to tow the car into our driveway and decided to call around. This was the first company I called and I was thoroughly impressed with the service! The owner came out the same day and helped move our jeep into our driveway and was very polite and friendly. Fortunately, Fritz at Pron-Tow Service makes your headache just a little bit smaller by providing prompt, friendly service. (I was referred to him by my mechanic.) I was pleased to find that Fritz answered his phone immediately and was able to help in a reasonable amount of time. Fritz gave me an estimated arrival time, which was accurate. Once he was en route, he called to give me a heads up, then, when he reached my street, he called again so I could lead him right to my stalled vehicle. He was very communicative and friendly--a bit of a character, really. Once he had the chance to check out my poor ailing car, Fritz ascertained right away that it wasn't in need of a simple jump-start, as I had hoped, but rather it was a more serious problem requiring a tow to the mechanic. I've gotta start by saying that by the time I called Pron-Tow I had been waiting for 4+ hours on the H3 right outside the tunnel for multiple different towing companies that never showed up. I was on the brink of tears because I was so frustrated and tired. My mom's van broke down at Home Depot in town and I called pron-tow. Fritz was very friendly and straight up. I asked how much it would cost for the tow and he quoted me a fair price. I was in big trouble today. I left my lights on after going through the tunnel to the windward side, and my car wouldn't take a jump. He was able to check up on my car to make sure it was still in the shopping mall parking lot and met up with me when I came with the key the next day. He was able to quickly hook my car up and towed it to the shop. After we dropped the car at the mechanic, he took me to the windward mall where I hung out the rest of the day, while my car was being fixed. He went way over and above the call of duty for me, and I won't hesitate to call again the next time I leave the lights on. read more

Tonight my car had troubles . After sitting in my car for 2+ hours in the parking lot trying to figure out what the problem was. I was sure that I needed a tow truck to come for the rescue. I called and was very thankful that the phone was answered right away. As I was waiting for the tow. Like how everyone else would do which is continue to figure out what the car problem is while waiting for the tow. Surprisingly I found the problem of the car which was very small. After sitting and trying for 2+ hours running on 3 hours, I was excited and relieved that my car started. But My heart dropped at the fact that I called a tow and he was on his way. I called and called no answer and left. Voicemail. He calls back with an attitude saying thank you for wasting my time. I showed him my sincere apologies. I really felt bad and I said sorry over and over again. He says "WHATEVER WHATEVER . I'll just turn around and go home back to sleep WHATEVER." I said I was sorry once again and he continues to say WHATEVER. He then Texts me and continues to manipulate me and believe me I already felt bad from the beginning. I gave a two star because the fact he was there to help me this late at night. But seriously talking about customer service !!! I grew up around business people and I was never taught to treat customers this way no matter how bad they do to you. While I was driving Kam Hwy today my car's dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I barely made it into the Jiffy Lube parking lot before it died entirely. I needed a tow to the dealership and found these guys on Yelp. The guy was there in under 30 minutes and worked quickly. He told jokes to help lighten the mood but also gave me tips about submitting my payment to insurance to get reimbursed. I found them quick, professional and friendly. This is the best towing service company that I have ever worked with, I wish all towing companies operated like this. I just recently purchased a boat that needed to be towed from Kaneohe to Young Brothers port and the owner went out of his way not only to secure my boat and trailer but since my trailer was not in the best of shape, he took the necessary time to inspect my trailer the day before and located a mobile service to come and fix it prior to towing. He also sent me photos of before and after and made sure all the contents of my boat would make it to my destination which was Kailua Kona. I cannot say enough wonderful this about this service but if I ever have any towing needs in honolulu. I will not hesitate to use Pron-Tow service again and again. read more
