After receiving very poor over the phone service from a 3rd party towing phone service, I was very fortunate to be contacted by a super friendly local lady named Alohi, at MO's Towing! She was very polite, professional, and asked pertinent questions regarding my vehicle's location and gave me excellent instructions! My situation was not an emergency and just needed to schedule a tow. His action convinced me that he is focused on the customer's needs so I decided to stick with my decision to use MK.
