I want to like this place but they just don't seem to have it together. Every time I have gone they overlap their bookings so a 1/2 head foil takes twice as long. I spent the majority of my last appointment sitting under a dryer because the stylist overlapped her appointment. Also there is no cell service and no complimentary wi fi service . Great location but I haven't had a good experience Due to overlapping appointments. I understand they do this in the hair industry but it's never been this bad anywhere else I've gone. Great place for a cut but anything more elaborate seems to take three times longer than it should . read more

I have been to this place twice and am not impressed. While they treat their customers well and the place is definitely very nice, I don't think I will be back. Both times I went, I have left there feeling unhappy. The first time was for coloring and they wouldn't blow dry my hair....and the second time a different stylist did not do a good job on the cut. Maybe my experiences were out of the norm but I would ask a lot of questions if you are a first time patron. read more

Very disappointed. I had an appointment for my 8 year old son ( his hair takes like 5 mins to cut). We arrived a few mins before 6 for a 6pm appt. The place was dead and we still waited for 30 mins. Finally told the receptionist that we were leaving. She could not have cared less. There were other stylists who were not with clients who could have stepped up and given him a quick cut but no one offered. I cancelled my daughter's upcoming appt as well and again receptionist didn't care. read more
