I have had two vehicles detailed at Westside Detailing and two great experiences. Beautiful work, like new. Owner was very helpful and thorough in explaining what they would do and what that they did. Most recent detailing was on August 3, 2026 for my 2009 BMW 328i. They detailed the interior and exterior and refurbished the headlight lenses resulting in a significant improvement in the effective illumination of the road when driving down a dark road at night. I am a repeat customer of 2 years with Westside for all of my vehicle detail needs. I drive about an hour and a half from the Gaston, OR area to bring my Jaguar to Ryan and team. They are courteous, professional, customer oriented, and all around hospitable and go out of their way to provide amazing service. My first jaguar was black and after owning it for two years in Oregon, he and his team were able to bring back the black shine I love about owning a black sports car. They removed swirls and scratches, as well as did some touch up paint for a few rock chips and took extra care for my car being stowed overnight in their building. Fast forward another two years and I have another new Jaguar and I received the same and better treatment as before, when I took it in last week to have the black shiny love out back into it again. (It's hard having a black car in Oregon!) Ryan and team not only killed it with the detail work but they went the extra mile to provide me a place to chill and do some work while they had the car for the day. Getting home was not an option, as I live in Gaston still and I would rather hang out and work somewhere. Ryan hooked me up with a private spot to work and they even took the time to vacuum and wipe down my interior, even though I was only there for the exterior detail and some buffing and rock chip sprucing up. The white upholstery in my Subaru Outback really gets the brunt of a family that often eats and drinks in the car and climbs into and out of it in rain, snow and after trail hikes. Most of the liquid stains actually come from water spills , but leave the seats looking pretty ugly when they dry. The car gets an interior detail once a year, and this is the best one she's received. The detail included a pretty thorough cleaning of the inside, including vacuuming and shampoo of the carpet , removal of dirt and stains from the hard surfaces (ie panels behind the front seats), and an unbelievable removable of stains from the upholstery.
