Zhanna went above and beyond working on my 2022 Taycan Cross Turismo. There was a super snafu/problem with the trucking company that delivered the car causing damage to it. Zhanna essentially PM'd getting the trucking company insurance involved, getting the glass ordered, getting the car to and from the glass repair shop... and THEN doing a fantastic job on the PPF and Modesta coating. I didn't ask for her to take it on, she just did. All that would have been extraordinary on its own, but the work I actually brought the car in for was also fantastic. Although it was a brand new car, like many new cars, there was some paint correction to be done. That, as well as the PPF turned out flawless. When I dropped off my 1993 BMW E36 for a full paint restoration, it was beyond filthy and came with old, 21 year old paint. The paint was HAMMERED, there was dirt in every crevice and seam. When I came to pick up the car all I was in slight shock. It was beautiful again, almost as good as it looked coming off the showroom floor over two decades ago. I could look into the paint and see my own reflection, when for the longest time I thought my car didn't even have clear coat on it anymore. All could think was, "Holy f*ck", which I repeated in my head the entire drive home. Their hard work paid off and was worth every penny - the car looks brand new again! I recently bought a very well kept 2003 BMW 540i M-Sport that I'd like to keep in great shape, so I called Immaculate Essence for a full detail. I had read their reviews and they seemed perfect for the job... everyone loves them and I liked that they're mobile so I wouldn't have to take time off work. I'll add that I'm a car guy, and I'm used to doing things on my car myself - everything from basic upkeep & maintenance to more major work - so it was a big change to hire someone to detail my car. I usually do it myself simply because I like knowing that it'll be done right. My car is black, and its actually easier to damage the paint while cleaning it than it is to do it properly. Zhanna and Hector showed up right on time, and while I thought my car was clean to begin with, when they were done it looked completely transformed. Their attention to detail was clear at first glance... wheels & tires sparkling, paint glowing and not a fingerprint, water drop or swirl mark on it. The interior was even better, I couldn't wait to drive it although I was tempted to take the floor mats out first so I wouldn't mess them up. They did such a great job on the initial detail that I've since started a monthly maintenance program with them for both my cars. Their prices are very reasonable, but what I love the most is how passionate they are about their business and the work they do. They're both car buffs too, and they take pride in doing great work... they take care of my cars like they were their own. In a word: Killer. Our first by-hand car wash since relocating to Portland and our experience with Immaculate Essence was fantastic. From first phone call to finished product, Imacculate's customer service was super-friendly, and their work -- completely on point. After not having a proper detail in nearly a year, as well as collecting its fair share of jerk-ass-inflicted dings, nicks, scratches and multiple self-inflicted wheel bashings in that same period, our VW was in desperate need of a cleanin' and some serious interior TLC. I brought my 2008 BMW M3 to Hector last week for a full paint correction and Opti-Coat application. The first thing you notice is that he's a very easy going guy that is extremely knowledgeable but very humble. You do NOT feel like just another customer or that you're getting screwed on the price. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish and what products he would be using on my car. The previous owner had attempted to do some buffing but ended up burning through the clear coat in multiple spots up to 10 inches in width on the car. In the sun you could see that the ENTIRE car was covered in swirls and the paint was very rough to the touch. After 2 days in Hector's hands I came to pick up my car. I could very clearly see myself in the paint like it was a mirror! We pulled it into the sun and there was not a single swirl or scratch on my car. Every single blemish, scratch, and clear coat burn was gone and my car looked like it was brand new. The attention to detail on every single inch of my car is mind blowing.. the paint is so smooth and looks wet all the time! I'm very much a BMW enthusiast and cars are my biggest hobby. SHOWROOM QUALITY...BRAVO IE. So, after having visited a few hand car wash businesses in Portland with my Mercedes Benz CL63 AMG, I had given up. Then, I called Immaculate Essence and made an appointment with the owner, Zhanna, for her to come to my house with Hector, co-owner, to hand wash my car. Let me cut to the chase...It seems odd to say this but I mean it, I think it looked better after they were finished then it did when I drove it out of the Beverly Hills showroom. Zhanna and Hector take their work and their business very seriously, they aim to please, and it sparkles and shows. I've never seen the black paint look so reflective and clean and I've never seen my chrome wheels look so polished and bright. Hector explained his secret and products to me (which I will not reveal) but let me say that both him and Zhanna are very knowledgable and informative. They were on time as scheduled and an absolute pleasure to work with. The car had sat unwashed in my garage for months and while they transformed it, I couldn't stop coming out and staring at it. I probably drove them both nuts by circling the car constantly (although they never let on and couldn't have been more friendly and professional) but I really couldn't resist...it has NEVER looked this good with any car wash before. Reasonably priced especially considering the care they put into it, the time and the end result. The truth is, I was considering selling the car but it looks so great now, that I was laughing with them telling them I was going to call the people who were coming to possibly buy it, and tell them I've changed my mind. I spent some time getting to know Zhanna and Hector and was impressed with their presentation. They talk a good game and, for ~$600, did an very good job on the paint correction I hired them for. However, Zhanna consistently oversold their services and I was disappointed with their service, based on the fact it just didn't match the expectations she provided (they were admittedly unrealistic - but i'm not the expert) . Ultimately, after they offered to wash my car/teach me for free (I refused, insisting that I pay), they flaked on me on the day of the appointment and when I called them on it, they ignored me. I brought my 4Runner in to get detailed before I listed it for sale and it was in had a few pretty rough spots to the interior as well as scuffs to the exterior. Hector did an amazing job on the two cars I brought in. I had a 09 1series bmw that needed paint correction to get rid of swirl marks and a 2014 mazda6 with cusom white interior that was dirty and needed to have a deep cleaning. Hector and his wife took 8 hours to go through and make sure that the bmw looked brand new on the outside (I mean brand new) and the mazda's white interior shined like it did when I had the leather installed (they evened managed to get red paint off white leather and I can't see any traces of where it was.) He also have me a loaner for the 6 hours they had our cars!!! The price was not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. Trust me, I gone elsewhere and paid less. If you're thinking about buying a new car bring it here first and you might fall in love with it again. I will make sure to go back to him for every detail I ever do on my cars. We just bought a new 2013 F150 dark metallic gray (5000 mile demo) & a used 2014 WRX black (2000 pampered miles). The truck just had the minimal wax coating from the factory and it had been sitting on the lot for a year collecting water spots, dust, and dirt. The WRX was well-cared for but still has the usual swirls, scratches and general blemishes that show up more on a black car. We contacted several detailers in the Vancouver/Portland area and were not impressed. Most shops have a set price per car size. Most did not have a special process for black cars. We wanted someone who was going to do it right -- not speed it through an assembly line detail. We were impressed when we called Hector and he said he had to see the black car before he could quote it. He was able to quote the truck -- that color is a lot easier to deal with. We thought we would not notice the detail because it's a new truck. We'd notice it the first time it rained. When they pulled up to drop off the truck -- WOW! The truck was so shiny. It was gorgeous. The glass surfaces (including the sunroof) had no dull water spots. Hector and Zhanna's attention to detail instantly earned our utmost respect. We did not ask for any work on the interior. They treated the leather seats, cleaned and vacuumed the floor mats. They are going to work on the WRX in a few weeks. We can't wait!! read more
