The rice was soft and fluffy, the meat was tender and flavorful and not greasy. The owner was so nice when I picked up my order and suggested I try their kabobs next time and I'm definitely going to! I wish they opened earlier so I could have been eating this a long time ago~ Parking is plenty since it's in a shared plaza with multiple restaurants and the theater. I rarely write reviews unless when I'm very happy with the services I get but this time I'm reviewing this place for being very unsatisfied with the food and service First of all our kabob was uncooked inside and almost overcooked and dark meet out side and way too expensive for Persian fast food I really wanted to like this place and use them for my catering but unfortunately when talked to them about the problem they said we don't need unhappy customers so don't come back here which I'm not sure what kind of customer service is that?? I didn't expect much from this place, it's a little cafe in a food court type area. I asked what was good and the guy said everything and named basically everything. I laughed and figured he didn't know so I got randomly picked fries and gyros wrap. The fries came out first so I munched on them without realizing I was eating them soooo fast. They were so good! Crispy and flavorful ! When the gyros wrap arrived I totally forgot to take a photo, I ate that so fast too I can't even tell you what was in it! It was fresh and the meat was really good quality. I'm so sad I didn't take photos before my family devoured it all. I have tried all the local Persian spots, and price wise, this cannot be beat. Their flavor is on point too! We tried both kinda of their chicken kabobs and the sirloin kabobs. The kabobs are flavorful, juicy, and I placed an order in person, was out the door ten minutes later! My kids also loved it. On my first visit, I had the chicken sheesh salad - which was awesome but not quite big enough for me - perhaps an extra kabob would make it perfect (for me). Food is good. But the prices are high especially for fast food joint. $27 for two chicken shish kabob with rice and hummus? They don't even give you salad like other restaurants. Pricing is comparable to nicer, sit down restaurants. Takes a long time to get your food also. We average 25 minutes to get out to go order. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. We support small businesses and make a point of spending money with them over big chains whenever possible. I made the mistake of recommending this place to out-of-town friends, and the only good news is, that none of us will ever make that mistake again. Food is made by people and people make mistakes, so quality can be hit or miss. When it is a miss, most business owners welcome honest feedback and a chance to fix the problem. Not so here. We went there over Memorial Day weekend. The basic ground beef kabobs were tough, chewy, and rancid. Inedible. We told the guy at the counter and he exploded on us, flat out saying he "has enough customers already" and to not come back if we don't like it. We weren't being rude, but the extremely angry response to the feedback was off-putting. He threw a fit and literally told us to go complain online! Like what? With Caspian and Bravo Avo nearby, it's laughable that he thinks his overpriced hole in the wall is indispensable. The bottom line is, even if the food was delicious and high quality (it wasn't), the prices and attitude were entirely unacceptable. But zero out of three? Total deal breaker. read more

My wife and I just finished shopping and drove around to see where we could pick up take-out that wasn't burgers. We found this gem tucked away in the corner of the shopping center and decided to try it. Let me TELL you...the food was absolutely AMAZING! The lamb was cooked perfectly, the hummus was a beautiful texture and flavorful, my wife's chicken was extremely moist. This is the most authentic Mediterranean food that I have eaten in a long time!
