Kabuki is typically one of my go-to spots for sushi. This time around, I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and Spicy Tuna Roll under the Pick 2 lunch special. I also ordered the Bourbon Smash as my drink. My wife ordered the teriyaki chicken and a Kir Royale for her meal. The servers were attentive and kind. The food came out relatively quickly, though I'm assuming that was because it wasn't a full house the day we went. The location is casual and very laid back--ideal for a quick lunch date or dinner. The Pad Thai was pretty good and made fresh. I usually go for their fried rice, but the Pad Thai was a good alternative. The Bourbon Smash was delicious as well. To me, it was well balanced--not too sweet and not too heavy on the bourbon. My wife said the teriyaki chicken looked plain lol, but it was a pleasant surprise. It was flavorful and tender. Kabuki is one of our favorites. They always have specials on food and drinks, and it's a great spot for either lunch or dinner. The staff is very attentive, and the wait for food and drinks is never long. The photo of the teriyaki chicken made me a little nervous, but it turned out to be very good. It was moist and flavorful. "Kabuki's Thai food still holds its ground, Crispy duck curry--rich, deliciously profound. The space is so tight, the service super slow, Strong flavors shine, but my patience screams noooooooo." The panang curry with crispy duck was superb. The sushi was okay, but I think that was the role selection, not the quality. The other items ordered were good. I couldn't snag photos b/c of the urgency we all wanted to eat. Service was super slow so the time it took to get he food exasperated the hunger and desire to eat. :( The dining room feels crowded when it is full. Maybe a new/different layout will benefit the vibe in there and help the servers move around the dining room with more efficiency. After working late, I usually want sushi. I hadn't been to this place in over 10 years, so I thought I would try it again. The parking lot is pretty big, but a bit of it is taken up with valet parking. The restaurant is a decent size, dark but inviting. The service is fast and friendly. The menu has a decent selection but with 30 "Specialty Rolls", 7 have cream cheese and 5 have asparagus, which are cheap fillers. I was disappointed. It's a theme here in Florida to just fill all the rolls with cheap fillers. Anyway, my jasmine tea was good but the water is just tap water. For being in the gardens, I expected better. read more

Kabuki is my favorite sushi/thai spot in all of south Florida! I used to live downtown West Palm and took advantage of their lunch and happy hour specials weekly. I have since reloacted but almost every time I'm in the area I stop by. This was actually my first time at the PBGs location, and it did not disappoint. You can't go anywhere else and get both quality and bang for your buck! For happy hour we each got a drink and split the krab rangoons, squid rings, lava drops, spicy krab roll, and tuna avocado roll. The location is great and service is very efficient. Haven't been in a while and went back. Temperature inside was very warm on a hot day outside, the server was not nice at all. Had elderly man with me and when he asked how large the rolls were the answer was "normal" instead of explaining what size the roll was - ie: 6/8/10 pieces. Also asked for a substitute be made that the restaurant has always done for me in the past and server said they don't do it even though I made it very clear that they have done it before. So to sushi Yama instead and for the restaurant REMEMBER - one staff member can ruin your grade. read more

Our little band of four was looking for a good sushi restaurant on our trip to West Palm Beach, Florida and stumbled upon Kabuki. There are dozens of sushi restaurants in the area and the prices vary a lot, it's so hard to tell which ones are good. With nothing but faith and a few reviews we decided on this one; and we were not disappointed! We got there early, we're seniors so we tend to be. Don't know if they take reservations but if you're planning to go later in the evening, they get busy so might want to make them if they allow. We all ordered our favorite rolls, I'm a fan of the salmon and avocado roll. My husband gets the spicy tuna, my sister-in-law got one of the salads and my brother-in-law got another type of salmon roll. The fish was fresh and delicious, the rolls were made well - they didn't fall apart. The prices were not all that different than the price we pay at home so happy with that $$$. We aren't drinkers so can't address the bar menu, but it appeared they have plenty of choices. My sister and brother-in-law are staying until April so this will be a place they go regularly. I love the food here. I admit I always order delivery so I've never eaten at the restaurant. My favorite appetizer is the krab Rangoon. Creamy and crispy at the same time. Everything we had was on the happy hour menu. They do have a good happy hour. I did not like the happy hour drink. I also didn't like the drink that I had at the other Kabuki Downtown West Palm on clematis either. I did end up returning this drink. The waitress seemed to really take her time and we waited a really long time for her to come back. She barely refilled our water. We had to keep asking her. It was like she really just wanted us to leave fast. There is parking. But the closer parking is typically valet at a certain time. I do end up parking at the other end across the street in the other parking lot closer to the cooper. For some reason after a certain time it seems like the majority of all these parking lots in this area of gardens seems to do valet. It really doesn't make sense because the valet is literally right where you're going. Though the service was to yet be desired the food was still pretty good especially for happy hour and the price. read more

this kabuki location is hands down the best overall restaurant i've eaten at. they have an excellent staff that is always attentive and the food never misses. i've tried a variety of dishes here to figure out what is my favorite but everything just bangs. also i've never had a problem when eating raw fish from here either. their happy hour is also pretty good and the servers never fail to bring me extra eel sauce within a minute of me asking. i like that their menu has so many options from soups to rolls to tapas to curry and much more all for decent prices. it's a great date spot because they have indoor booth seating as well as outdoor and when i've gone on busy days, i've still never had to wait for a table and i've gone when it was empty and i was in and out in 30 min. please try gardens kabuki if you haven't already. i will hype them up till i die read more

Stopped here on my way to Port St. Lucie and it was a great little surprise. Ordered the empanadas and they were a nice little surprise also.
