A basic mani pedi is $45. Spa chair with massage features. Salon is located off of Tustin Ave, in the Yum Yum Donuts complex. Plenty of parking. I was helped by Andy. He greeted me and asked me to pick out my nail colors. The spa chair, warm water and massage features is exactly what I needed after a long 2025! Kacy did my fill and was so distracted from her non stop talking to Cindy who was doing my pedicure, that she didn't fully remove the red polish even though she knew she was going to paint over with clear. After I mentioned it, she removed. She then persisted to file my nails for over 15 minutes, because again, too distracted talking to notice what's going on. I told her I like my nails to be thin and flat. I left with thick, wide nails. After being in the chair for over an hour, I was ready to go and knew she wasn't going to be able to fix to my requirements. I won't be back. I'm not a fan of change, especially when it comes to finding a new hair salon, a new nail place, or a new dentist (I still have the same dentist I've had since I was a kid). I came here rather begrudgingly because I'm away from home traveling, but was willing to give them a try given the good reviews on yelp. Unfortunately I was quite underwhelmed. Neither my manicure nor pedicure were done to my satisfaction. I tried telling the manicurist that the polish was uneven, but I think there was a bit of language barrier because she responded 'okay' and never fixed it. A little bit of unevenness is fine, we are all human, but unless you're looking at my nails from many feet away it's pretty easy to spot the imperfections. She also did a pretty poor job shaping my nail as you can see in the photo below. The gel polish was pretty much gooped on to my toenails.. not sure what was going on there but I was already too distracted by how poorly the nail polish was was going. I feel like the coverage was very uneven to begin with and then required multiple layers to fix - I'm just hoping the extra thick polish doesn't cause it to chip sooner. I'm not sure if I just got two very inexperienced employees or if this is generally the quality of their work, but unfortunately I can not recommend them to anyone given the quality of their work. read more

I came in for a regular pedicure which cost $21 plus I gave a tip. My nails were left looking amazing I loved my pedicure and felt it was affordable. Ok ladies. The most important lesson that I learned from coming here is "You get what you pay for." I wanted to get a pedicure and get my nails gel painted for my birthday, and I also didn't want to spend a fortune for both. I came here on October 5th after work. I was greeted by super friendly people and was sat immediately without an appointment. When the Vy came over to start my nails, she upsold me on getting a manicure to make the gel polish look nicer. I figured, why not? So I agreed. Terri started my pedicure and we were on our way. Once Vy had started the manicure, she sprayed something on my hands that was in a clear bottle. It burned when it hit my skin so o assumed it was rubbing alcohol. (Perhaps used to kill germs?) Anyways, immediately after, all of my fingers started to throb and burn. I should have stopped her and asked to wash my hands, but I thought maybe I was just being over sensitive, so I sucked it up and gritted my teeth thru the pain. Vy did a great job on the gel polish and made sure that I approved of it every step along the way. Terri was a nice pedicurist, if a little too gentle. The total came to $52 for both the gel manicure and pedicure with the callous scrub. When I left, I went home and began washing my hands over and over. I could not get them to stop burning! They throbbed all night and well into the next day. I have never experienced anything like this before. Every looked nice though, so I assumed I was out of the woods. WRONG! It's now been a week and a half- I have an infection underneath my pinky nail. It was hurting last Friday and when i pushed on it, it gushed puss out and began to throb even more than it was. Most of the skin under my nails are peeling or have totally peeled off. I had scabs on both of my thumb nails and both sides at the cuticle. I don't know what the hell the manicurists are using over there but holy shit. I will never ever go back. I only hope that I don't lose my pinky nail in the healing process. read more

The staff here is always very kind, thorough, and attentive & the salon is always clean and calm. While there's nothing extra fancy about this location in compared to other nail standard salons (they have massage chairs, a wide selection of polishes, etc), their customer service far exceeds other salons. They are affordable (I paid $45 pre-tip for a gel manicure and a deluxe spa pedicure with a special sea-salt scrub and clay mask), they never give off the impression that they're snickering and gossiping about their clients (like some salons do), they always do a great job, and they are responsive/quick regarding appointments. I also appreciate how they don't try and force extra $ add-ons on me. My aunt, who had a stroke and thus has contracted and stiff hands causing other salons to dismiss her, was treated with so much respect and delicacy when a staff member volunteered to give her a gel manicure. I was looking for a nail salon close to work that would take me as a walk in. I had broken a few nails months ago and had to wait until they grew out to start getting them done again so perfect timing to find a place closer to work. This place was great! I went to Kacy for the first time ever in October to get a new acrylic set. From the very start she was super nice, attentive, and patient. This white gel set took close to an hour, with great results. My only problem was that she was just a little too rough pressing on my sensitive inner nails in the beginning, which caused some discomfort and a bit of bleeding. I called her attention to it and she was sure to be gentle with the rest of the process. I had this set for a long time, over 3 weeks in pristine condition (I only wear acrylics for special occasions). I just came in today to get the set removed and a manicure with regular nail polish. The process to get the acrylics removed was AMAZING, pain-free, and kept my nails smooth and not damaged like other salons. She just had me dip my nails in solution, and very gently used an electric nail drill to remove the rest of the acrylic. VERY satisfied with the method Kacy uses. The price to get the acrylics off was $5 and a regular manicure was $14- such a great price! Had to tip her more than 45% because I was just so happy with the safe and gentle acrylic removal process and relaxing manicure with a fast-drying top coat.
