I came here on a Monday afternoon to get a basic mani and pedi. I called around noon, inquiring if they accept walk ins. They do, however, they had an opening which i happily accepted. A basic mani pedi is $45. Spa chair with massage features. Salon is located off of Tustin Ave, in the Yum Yum Donuts complex. Plenty of parking. I was helped by Andy. He greeted me and asked me to pick out my nail colors. The spa chair, warm water and massage features is exactly what I needed after a long 2025! I'm sure a lot of people can agree that it was a tough year! I loved the massage, hot towels and quick dry clear top coat. Andy is so sweet. He is patient, meticulous and doesn't try to upsell you. Really enjoyed the treatment. Support your local business!
Kacy does great work and she is so kind and patient. Andy is wonderful and he does the best pedicures and the best foot massage. I love coming here it is so relaxing and they are amazing! thank you !!!!
I have been coming to Kacy's nails and spa for the last ten years, and I can honestly say it feels like home. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with smiles and kindness from the owners--it's like being welcomed by family. The team here always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable, relaxed, and taken care of. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality is unmatched. The space is always clean, the atmosphere is calming, and the service is consistently top-notch. If you're looking for a place where you're treated with care, respect, and a genuine sense of belonging--this is it. I no longer live in the area and travel over 30 minutes to get here but I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Kacy Nail Salon has been in business for over 20 years. Both Kacy and Andy took care of my GelX manicure and regular pedicure. I loved the small talks and storytelling. They were so meticulous on the application and filing. I'm very glad I chose Kacy! Book your appointment! I saw they could get really busy so walk-ins will need waiting
Came here with my friend (the bride) and another bridesmaid the day before she got married, and I was pretty satisfied with our service. Pros: - got us in right away on our reservation time (highly recommend if you're trying to get multiple things done like toes + fingers or coming with multiple people and want to sit next to each other) - Great service, gave us waterbottles, were gentle with our feet. I loved my lady - she talked just the right amount but didn't interrupt when my friends and I were chatting - Gentle with my hands - I like getting gel fingernails and normal polish on my toes - Decent prices, lots of colors to choose from Tips: tip your individual lady in cash after paying with credit at the front Honestly the staff was great, salon was clean, and I appreciate that they don't have the gossipy vibe some salon places have, interact with you the right amount. Easy parking. 10/10 would come here again if I return to this area
So I came back two weeks later, expecting to receive the same great service I had the visit before. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Kacy did my fill and was so distracted from her non stop talking to Cindy who was doing my pedicure, that she didn't fully remove the red polish even though she knew she was going to paint over with clear. After I mentioned it, she removed. She then persisted to file my nails for over 15 minutes, because again, too distracted talking to notice what's going on. I told her I like my nails to be thin and flat. I left with thick, wide nails. After being in the chair for over an hour, I was ready to go and knew she wasn't going to be able to fix to my requirements. I won't be back. Oh and my toe nail chipped less that 8 hours later
Found Kacy nails by accident. Everyone is very nice, noticed many local residents are return customers because of the friendly service. I always have artwork and special color requests for my nails, and they are happy to do it. I believe some of my nails are posted. Really recommend their service, do advise making appointment. Kacy is great with the artwork.
Just went in and was greeted and I was offered water and was clearly asked what service I wanted. I had no issues. Very clean & friendly staff. I came in for a regular pedicure which cost $21 plus I gave a tip. My nails were left looking amazing I loved my pedicure and felt it was affordable. Not to mention I was a walk in and they were more than glad to take me in! What more is there to say, check them out you won't regret it!
I came here Saturday to get my nails done for my birthday, within 24hrs my nails had chipped. Not only did my nails chip within 24hrs but my big toe is also now infected as well. The lady that did my finger nails messed up 2 of them and decided to just keep painting over it more to fix it instead of taking it off and redoing it. Finally after me not happy with it and kept telling her I wasn't she took it off and re painted them. I will not be back to this nail salon! I have never had an infection of any kind after getting my nails done until coming here it's beyond ridiculous.

Wanted to try out a different nail spot close to home and came across this one in Santa Ana. I came as a walk-in and there were only 2 workers today on a Friday, but they were able to do a builder-gel set for me right away (though it'd prob be better to make an appt first in case they get busy, I think I was just lucky). I am always so picky with my nails, I have tried so many different places but man did I fall in love they take their time! They give you a small water, make sure you're doing okay, will make small conversation! For refill $28.00 MAN! I will for sure be back soon ! read more

Only place I've found and feel consistently happy when I leave. It's always so hard for me to find a good nail technician who does my nails the way I want them. But I've finally found my girl! The owner, who goes by Kacy, is the best!! She's very sweet and does a great job every time! She listens to everything and gives me exactly what I ask! THE best! The salon itself is always clean - a nice tidy environment. The staff always greets you and brings water while you wait for your appointment. I've found my forever nail salon. I went in on Saturday to get a full set. I wasn't happy with the way they came out so I went back today to get them fixed. Kacy happily re did my nails and boy did she do a great job. She completely changed my nails and made them look beautiful!! She added a tropical flower with intricate details. So so happy and can't wait to go back to see Kacy. read more

Ok ladies. The most important lesson that I learned from coming here is "You get what you pay for." I wanted to get a pedicure and get my nails gel painted for my birthday, and I also didn't want to spend a fortune for both. I came here on October 5th after work. I was greeted by super friendly people and was sat immediately without an appointment. When the Vy came over to start my nails, she upsold me on getting a manicure to make the gel polish look nicer. I figured, why not? So I agreed. Terri started my pedicure and we were on our way. Once Vy had started the manicure, she sprayed something on my hands that was in a clear bottle. It burned when it hit my skin so o assumed it was rubbing alcohol. (Perhaps used to kill germs?) Anyways, immediately after, all of my fingers started to throb and burn. I should have stopped her and asked to wash my hands, but I thought maybe I was just being over sensitive, so I sucked it up and gritted my teeth thru the pain. Vy did a great job on the gel polish and made sure that I approved of it every step along the way. Terri was a nice pedicurist, if a little too gentle. The total came to $52 for both the gel manicure and pedicure with the callous scrub. When I left, I went home and began washing my hands over and over. I could not get them to stop burning! They throbbed all night and well into the next day. I have never experienced anything like this before. Every looked nice though, so I assumed I was out of the woods. WRONG! It's now been a week and a half- I have an infection underneath my pinky nail. It was hurting last Friday and when i pushed on it, it gushed puss out and began to throb even more than it was. Most of the skin under my nails are peeling or have totally peeled off. I had scabs on both of my thumb nails and both sides at the cuticle. I don't know what the hell the manicurists are using over there but holy shit. I will never ever go back. I only hope that I don't lose my pinky nail in the healing process. read more

The staff here is always very kind, thorough, and attentive & the salon is always clean and calm. While there's nothing extra fancy about this location in compared to other nail standard salons (they have massage chairs, a wide selection of polishes, etc), their customer service far exceeds other salons. They are affordable (I paid $45 pre-tip for a gel manicure and a deluxe spa pedicure with a special sea-salt scrub and clay mask), they never give off the impression that they're snickering and gossiping about their clients (like some salons do), they always do a great job, and they are responsive/quick regarding appointments. I also appreciate how they don't try and force extra $ add-ons on me. My aunt, who had a stroke and thus has contracted and stiff hands causing other salons to dismiss her, was treated with so much respect and delicacy when a staff member volunteered to give her a gel manicure. The staff is always positive and kind to my mother and I, genuinely asking about our days, remembering small details about their customers, and having overall great attitudes. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I should preface by saying I really don't leave reviews (although I appreciate everyone that does because I rely so heavily on them :*) But I think my experience warrants it! My best friend is getting married and I'm not one to get my nails done but I figured for a special occasion and considering the state of my nails it was much needed. I had a vision bc even though I don't get them done often I still wanted them to look a particular way. I'm super in love with minimal almond shape designs I've been seeing all over Pinterest/ social media. Frankly trying to decide on a nail salon gave me anxiety so opted to go this one since it was on the way home from work and close to where I live. I am very happy I did because even though I did not have a reservation (I am the worst for this and got lucky I will definitely be calling in advance from now on) they helped me right away and were very accommodating. I showed them my inspo and asked if they could do it they said yes. They were so sweet throughout at the whole process! I'm particular if you couldn't tell and they absolutely NAILED IT :-) for someone that never gets acrylics... I might be hooked! Also super reasonable price. I've been here twice now and I've had good experiences both times! The first time I got acrylics with gel and an accent glitter nail which ended up being about $38 I believe. The second time I came in for a fill w regular polish and it was only $15!! And she didn't charge me extra for reshaping all my nails after I asked for a thinner coffin shape This place is super affordable, great quality, and all the workers are so nice. I was looking for a nail salon close to work that would take me as a walk in. I had broken a few nails months ago and had to wait until they grew out to start getting them done again so perfect timing to find a place closer to work. This place was great! As soon as I walked in they sat me down brought me a bottle of water and I explained my situation so they didn't rush me to pick a color (the most important part of getting your nails done, right?) Kacy was so gentle as I was a little nervous my nails were still a little thin and it might be a little painful. It was so problem at all! We chatted a little, she's very personable and easy to talk to. Long story short, this will definitely be my new nail place! I went to Kacy for the first time ever in October to get a new acrylic set. From the very start she was super nice, attentive, and patient. This white gel set took close to an hour, with great results. My only problem was that she was just a little too rough pressing on my sensitive inner nails in the beginning, which caused some discomfort and a bit of bleeding. I called her attention to it and she was sure to be gentle with the rest of the process. I had this set for a long time, over 3 weeks in pristine condition (I only wear acrylics for special occasions). I just came in today to get the set removed and a manicure with regular nail polish. The process to get the acrylics removed was AMAZING, pain-free, and kept my nails smooth and not damaged like other salons. She just had me dip my nails in solution, and very gently used an electric nail drill to remove the rest of the acrylic. VERY satisfied with the method Kacy uses. The price to get the acrylics off was $5 and a regular manicure was $14- such a great price! Had to tip her more than 45% because I was just so happy with the safe and gentle acrylic removal process and relaxing manicure with a fast-drying top coat. I'm currently typing this with my nail polish still fully intact. Thanks Kacy, you're my go-to girl now! P.S. Bring cash! They have signs saying their credit card swiper isn't working read more
