We called ahead and were promptly seated when we arrived. The staff were all super friendly, and paid an incredible amount of attention to detail on our pedicures. The price for everything we received was very very reasonable, and I appreciated that they took card and allowed us to add tip via card as well. My wife and I both left feeling very relaxed and our feet feeling brand new, and can't wait to make a trip back soon. My nail tech (Michelle) was very nice and she does nails well, however, she used the nail grinder tool to clean my cuticles. My cuticles HURT for hours after my nails were done and weeks after the appt, I still have cut up cuticles and scabbing from the blood (pictures attached). I wish I had known in the moment that this method is not okay; it should have been a cuticle cutter. Once I got to my car and quickly googled that I found: Grinders are made for shaping hard artificial or natural nail surfaces, not living skin. Using a high-speed rotating bit on the delicate cuticle and the nail bed can easily cause painful skin tears, deep friction burns, and severe infections. These aren't correct practices used by this salon; they are taking the easy route to get it done quickly. Would not recommend. I would give them 1 star but Yelp removes those reviews easily so that's why I'm putting 2-stars.

Just ridiculous *** it was around 5-7 weeks since my last pedicure so my toes were not "really short" besides the big toe that broke. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

The application was sloppy, the nails were inconsistent in thickness, and the French tips looked blotchy and uneven. My daughter told me that he had to redo parts of the service several times during the appointment. When she got home and showed me her nails, it was clear that the quality of the work did not reflect the $60 price tag or the nearly two hours spent at the salon. My daughter was especially upset because this was meant to be a special birthday treat. I brought her back to the salon and spoke with who I believe was the manager. I appreciated how quickly he addressed my concerns and had the technician correct the nails. While the second attempt looked better, the overall result looked ehh. I do want to recognize the manager for trying to make things right, but based on this experience, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

I am torn on whether to give a 3 or 4 star. I am giving it a 4 star cause I never really had a issue with this salon beside the 1 that is tugging at me to give it a 3 star. The place was across the street from where I use to live and is a small little salon. From the outside it looks a little run down but once inside they do good work. The wait can be a little long at times but still worth it. Jennifer is the best! They are good at waxing and when I would get acrylics they would do it right! And prices is very REASONABLE I believe 13 for a pedi and for a gel mani $25. Okay so why I would give it 3 stars...I had my 1st gel manicure there and had a solid color which lasted close to 6 week+ no chipping nothing just the grow out. I went back for the 2nd time and had a french gel manicure within a week the polish was chipping and cracking. When I called I spoke with the owner John who told me that gel only last about 2 weeks. Please tell me why am I paying $25 for a gel when I could spend $15 for a regular manicure that last 2 weeks. He said he would fix it for me but I would still have to pay some $$$. I went back and they only chose 2 of the worst nails to fix and I think I paid a extra $10. And again it cracked and chipped! At this point I am cursing their name and vowed to never go back...But they still do good work except for this one isolated time which will probably make me go back (and their $$$). I would of been happy and given them probably 5 stars if they would of owned up to their mistake and redone the whole 10 nails instead of 2 & without me paying for it. Especially since I have been a loyal customer for 8+ years and have sent lots of referrals their direction. read more

That makes no sense at all.. I told him it's not my nails it's ur cheap product..He said it's Kelly's fault ur nail broke.. Went in and was offered eyelashes extension. The price they offer is amazing affordable compare to other places, $70 for a set of individual eyelashes extension. I've been getting lashes for a long time and trying so many places. At first, I was skeptical about it since I always believed you get what you pay for. $70 for a set of individual eyelashes is too good to be true of a deal, but how about it's quality? I talked to the girl who do lashes there, her name is Becky. She's very fluent in English and very knowledgeable about her expertise. She answered all my questions and concerns. She gave me the confidence of trying out their individual lashes. She was fast and gentle. Her work came out is extremely NATURAL and BEAUTIFUL. I was so pleased with her work, attitude, and service.
