Came here with my husband and got worked on by Lee and Hannah. My husband had Cynthia do his mani pedi (no color just cleaning) and we were SO happy with the overall services provided. I also got my eyebrows, lip, and sideburns waxed. All prices are very affordable and the customer service here is impeccable! The main guy is also very helpful and kind you can tell he cares about the women who work there as he is always helping out. Nice music and videos on, everything is very clean. My husband has been to one other nail shop with me but he insisted we make this our go to spot. For all services (2 mani pedi's (one design + gel) and waxing we spent around 160$ and did cash tip! Can't beat that price or service. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. These ladies were rude. I have come here for so long and now they have officially lost my business. The male owner knows me and he always greets me and takes care of me. I sat and waited for 20 mins and the ln they say me down and had me sitting in cold water for almost 30 mins, because the lady said that she needed to take someone else first. She had a bunch of jewelry on and probably thought they could get more money or something. I selected the highest service and left so upset I have never been treated so badly. This place has definitely gone all the way down. read more

I have been coming here for as long as I can remember...over 10 years now, so this review is long overdue. Hannah is the long-time manager who is an absolute pro and who does my gel nails quickly and flawlessly. Linda is another veteran who also has amazing nail skills like Hannah. All the ladies do good work and take great care of the customers! Their business here is very steady due to low prices and quick, quality work, so they will not try to upsell you or overcharge you. The owner, Vincent, is also very friendly and hands out bottles of water to customers regularly. If you want affordable nails done well by friendly staff, this is the place to come! read more

3-4 star nail shop, it could be 5 and it should be but just not quite that. Like I really liked how Lisa did my nails, but they are so thin that my thumb nail broke over the weekend wth! I got them done on Thursday, broke Saturday. I was so sad! I came back Monday to fix my nail, and the wait to fix my nail! One nail! Was 20 mins. This is the part that they suck at, the wait is just too long! Like when I first came here, to get my set, I waited 30 mins. Now they were making me wait, 20 mins for one nail, hell no. I love the work, but let's be honest the quality ended up not that great and then the wait just does it. I don't know if it's better to make appointment and then go, but please don't go in as walk-in, they take forever! read more

First time visiting The Ritz Nail salon and honestly had the best experience! Came with my sister and dad, we all got the signature spa pedi which we loved. It comes with an 8 minute foot/leg massage which was well worth the extra money! I'm a little more sensitive when it comes to my toes, but Lee was so communicative and reassuring. I came to this place randomly after getting blue bowl because i wanted to get my nails done last minute for my 21st birthday and Karen did the most beautiful job ever! I was skeptical at first because i had never been and just came here on impulse but she completely exceeded my expectations! I showed her the design i wanted before anything just incase she couldn't do it but she did it even better! She also told me how much it would be upfront and it was so reasonably priced! She was also very sweet and we made small conversation and she made sure after every step that i loved it(: Thank you Karen!! I already told all of my friends to come here! read more

The Ritz nail has been my nail shop for the past 3 years or so. This place is amazing. The ladies and gentlemen do an amazing job. Prices are great and staff is friendly and quick. Since they are one of the best in the area they are slammed on the weekends. Expect a wait even if you call in advance. The staff will get to as soon as they can. Hannah is great with her clients. She offers water and is very respectful with everyones time. At times you must just be patient because this shop is busy, but you will leave happy and your nails will look amazing. All the staff do the best job possible, at times they don't even eat lunch. Overall, Ritz nails is priced great, staff is nice and caring and your nails will look awesome. Tina is my favorite pedi girl. Update- most recently you have to wait more then 2 hours to get any service. This is ridiculous. Make an apt if you want faster service. Even then you have to wait at least 15-20 mins. I have been coming here for years, but this is my last time coming here. I am literally a regular. I come every 2-3 weeks. I don't think they should treat people this way. We are the regulars who keep the lights on. We are the consistent cash flow. Also, Annie is gone. She was their best nail technician. Took 3 hours to get gel and a pedi. I took my own gel off and they tried offering me a $5 discount. They nerd to hire more staff or be honest that they can't take your business. read more

Customer service was great and our nails turned out beautiful! I love that they did a thorough job and did it quick! The price is very good too! $20 full set, $16 pedicure! I have been coming here for about 3 yrs now and Hannah does my nails always she is super sweet and caring and my nails always look amazing she shapes them exactly how I like them. She also picks my color because She knows what color looks nice with my skin. I always get a manicure and pedicure gel on both. Super happy with them. All the ladies that work there are very friendly and they do such a wonderful job. I highly recommend this salon. read more

Earlier this week I had my sugaring appointment. I arrive to the Brea location and I get the text to respond that Im there. I respond and Im waiting patiently for someone to open the door. Im looking at the window and am noticing there are no hours posted for Sunday (the day I went). Hard to see but then I notice all the lights are off. Weird?? I look back at my texts and see that I booked for the Santa Ana location and not the Brea location. THEN I call the Santa Ana location and Lesly picks up. I told her I was at the wrong location and asked if she would still take me if I came right now and she said yes. My original appointment was at 12pm and she said she can squeeze me in at 1245pm. THEN I drove to the Santa Ana location. Thank goodness she said 1245pm because I got there at 1230 driving around looking for parking. I had never been in that area before. ***The door is unlocked and I go in and I am greeted by Lesly. She told me where to go and to prep myself. Now, I will say the room I was in had a weird smell. Not a nasty smell but like an old building smell. Lesly gets to sugaring me and honestly the pain level was 2-3/10. Also, Lesly is so cool. Professional and flexible. It really felt like a friend was servicing me. We talked about the world cup, Love Island, and others things I can't remember because I took too long to write this review! This photo is three weeks after, a doctors vist and medicated cream. Both of his thighs were completely ingrown, infected and highly irritated. It was horrible. It was practically my first time getting this done and it was very painful. She made me feel bad about it. And she made the comment, "If you don't go through with it you're still getting charged." It was not cheap, and I feel your waxer should make you feel comfortable when you are getting this done. I don't remember her name, this was a while ago but she was brunette and curvy. I bet the other staff is great just leaving my experience.

I only trus the owner to wax my eyebrows as other techs have messed them up before and I was not happy with that. The gel will last up to a month so I love this place for that however they suck at nail art.... although I am very picky which is what they call me when I walk in the door...they do re do the design if i dont like it which is 90% of the time. so if you are going for gel or pedicure i recomend this place but dont get a design there. I sure hope they would practice doing their designs to offer a better service... to me is like dont offer to do a design if you do not know how to. read more

Came here today for the first time and got my first ever gel manicure. I was on my lunch break and was able to get one with no wait. It was clean, the ladies were super nice and helpful, and it was $23 (normally $22 if you pay with cash). Will definitely be back! I thought they did a great job. Parking can be tight in this location. I recommend going to the back of the building. read more
