They have a terrible way to communicate with patient, they use app called Klara, not good at all. You never see any of your test results online. Then if you need anything like a Tdap shot you need to go somewhere else, if you need to do a glucose test you need to go somewhere else. I had a medical issue and I told them I need medication, they send me medication over the counter when I told them that I have used that already and it didn't work. Then I was told that I need to get infusion, they have seen my blood work for weeks now and they haven't send me to hematology they waited last minute and guess what I would have to go to a different facility. This is where things go left, they can't see anything on their end due to different institutions, which is why it's best to stick to somewhere that has everything you need. Which is way I decide to move my care at 33 weeks of pregnancy to nyu.

A month and seven phone calls later (I was told with each call it would be filled, then nothing happened) I find out that an appointment is now needed to fill it. An appointment I do not have time to make, but might have had time for after the first phone call a month prior. I'm fortunate to have had good health and need limited medical care, I worry to think about what would happen in an emergency. Avoid this place.

This place is a community oriented health care provider and most importantly for all genders. I am glad there's a place like this for everyone that not only helps the community but does not discriminate if someone does not have insurance, on the contrary, they help everyone regardless of insurance status to get health care.
