I wish I didn't have to be negative because Rich seems like a good guy however he missed two major areas that I had to repair. The electrical panel along with other electrical issues and a frayed water pipe that had to be dug up due to the water meter being located on the driveway blacktop. In total, these repairs cost me $14,500 that I could've negotiated with the sellers. Like I said I wish I wasn't leaving a negative review, but this was 2 huge misses that were made that cost me a good chunk of money before holiday season.
