Plenty of parking plus a gas station for your fueling needs. We Stop by often to get my needs met, whether it's to mail a package or a piece of pie or malasadas for breakfast. Gas station is one of the least expensive in the area and the Home Maid Cafe gives you a reasonable price for breakfast.

Today is mall day. Unless you have a reason to be here, you can skip this mall. Quality/Quantity - Retail, restaurant, and office businesses. Wife came here to support the local businesses. My daughter came here to get another acai bowl. I guess I came here to pay and carry everything. We shopped at Tutu pantry to find our locally made products. Atmosphere - Small local mall. Most businesses open from 9am to 9pm. See individual businesses for specific days and hours. Approximately 4 places to eat - Cafe O'Lei, Beach Street, Maui Thai Bistro, and Southshore Grindz Eatery. Bathrooms are on the second floor, you need a code. Service - Good, depends on the business. Price - Depends on business. Owner Comment - No comment.

According to plans, a total of five buildings are to be constructed with recently-opened Safeway as an anchor tenant. As of this review, only three buildings are standing along with the Safeway Fuel Station which should open soon. Supposedly a drive-thru restaurant will pop up, hopefully something new that is not yet on the rock, but we can only hope. Can I get a Popeyes?! Parking is easy to maneuver, with access into the complex only via Pulehu Road, though exits can be had on both roads. OVERALL: Until we see who else opens up shop, it's a solid 3 stars.

Drive in from Piikea. Ace Hardware has parts and tools you may need and can save you a trip into Kahului. The post office is there, too. This is also the location for the Kihei Fourth Friday Town Party, with bands, even more food trucks and lots of craft booths.

When I went to purchase a Neopolitan Ice Cream Cake, the "bakery manager" said he has never gotten that particular cake, ever, and he's been there for many years. Oh, yeah, well this store has been open only a year. I could have talked till I was blue in the face that that's where I saw it and that's where I bought it in the past. I see it there still. Today, went to get their strawberry-lemon meringue pie that was on sale. They didn't have any available and the employee said she could have one made for me that would be available at 5pm. I declined. Went to the self-checkout employee for rain check. She said it's not a special and called the bakery department, who confirmed it was not on special. Why the heck did I go there in the first place if not to buy that pie on sale as advertised?!! Returned home and checked the specials on line and there it was, on sale!!! Robin, the manager, nice guy by the way, confirmed it was. He said they had sold out and they would be making more today. To heck with going back to the store So, if these employees were already labeling this pie over the course of 3 days since the special started, wouldn't you think they would know that it's a special of the week? Maybe they are on automatic pilot and like machines, the hands work, but there is no brain.
