The production was very professional, magnificent, and entertaining. Their are four different studios in the well-kept shopping center. There is lots of parking and a sitting area to view your kids practice. Lastly at night the shopping center is mainly used by the studio and is very well lit and spacious.

When we switched due to moving, my daughter was at first upset because at age 11.5 she was about to start pointe at the other studio. What I really loved right away was how she was immediately evaluated to see if she was even ready for pointe. Ms. Shannon did a fantastic job explaining in great detail where my daughter had a few weaknesses in her ankles, and proper body alignment. She was given detailed notes on how to strengthen and correct things to get her ready to start pointe. As a mom new to dance all together, I would have never known this if I let the other studio just put her on pointe without evaluating to see if she is truly ready. My daughter really took a good understanding of this and followed the instructions to work hard to get herself strong enough. The process may have taken a little longer but we both felt so happy knowing she wouldn't be putting her body at risk by rushing into it. Now she's on her third pair of pointe shoes and progressing more and more every class. We are so happy here and love all of the staff. I'd highly recommend checking it out if you're comparing other studios. My daughter is very happy we switched after all. She's making new friends and loving the variety of classes too.

THIS IS BY NO MEANS ON THE INSTRUCTORS I think they are all so sweet just not familiar with the mind of an active toddler who just learned how to walk and run. We also were doing this for socialization and there are not other kids. One thing that did irritate me was at the end of the class that we were the only ones signed up for she suggested we come to a class at a different location to see how class is with "more well behaved kids". Well the class she suggested has a 7 and 10 month old. My daughter would have done great at 7 and 10 months too because she wasn't running at that point. My suggestion is if you don't know toddlers maybe don't offer classes for them or get instructors who have worked with or have toddlers and understand their attention span. Also. It was very hot it in studio my daughter downed her water we asked if they had a place to fill up and she told us to go to the subway next door. So just bring a lot of water on the summer days

It's so much fun to watch the classes, and my girls love the encouragement. The teachers are amazing! We've been in Ms. Ava's Primary Ballet class for the past year and a half, and we absolutely love her. She keeps every class fresh by including engaging games and fun stretches into every class. She is so kind, patient, and encouraging, and does a great job of teaching all the dance moves and building students' confidence. She also spends a lot of time practicing the Bravo Bash dances, and my girls always feel super prepared for their recitals. A few words on the recitals: The Bravo Bashes are so much fun. They're the perfect, low-stress way for kids to build their confidence dancing in front of an audience without a lot of added pressure. All the rehearsals are done during class time, and students can sit with their parents in the audience until it's their time to perform. The performance fee is super reasonable compared to other studios, and students get to keep their adorable, high- quality costumes. All in all, Tutu School is a win!!

That was in Julian, I was having lunch with my lovely ex husband, at least 10 years ago, and she was there shiny and all smiles. All the heads turned to her, and same did mine, like the girl in The Exorcist...who is this glam woman and what is she doing in this country town? It happens that she was recording some promo for the town and she handed some business cards about her belly dancing classes. And then is how I got hooked up! I have taken several of her classes through the Poway adult community education (you can get those brochures at the public libraries or at home if you live in the area) and absolutely loved every single hour spent perfecting my shaking. And as Shakira sings, hips don't lie! Anybody can benefit from her classes, both if you are into learning the techniques per se or if you want to gain some body self-awareness and confidence. My body posture improved a lot and I also made friends in each of those classes as they tend to be big in number of attendees and is always fun. If you are not into online shopping for goodies you can use at the class (like those hip scarves with coins), you can also get them from Sohaila, as she usually travels to Egypt once or twice a year and bring belly dance paraphernalia to sell. This review is about her belly dancing supplies. She has really beautiful coin skirts and scarves for belly dancers. You can make an appointment and go through the racks of really pretty dancing gear. Very relaxing too, it felt like visiting your cool belly dancer sisters big ass closet of belly dance wear, not like a store at all. Me and my friend were there for a few hours and there was no pressure to buy or be on our way. Very fun and if you want to belly dance a must see for your supplies.
