From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Flow, the barista, was absolutely amazing--friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about both the pastries and the coffee. It's always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and it shows in the service. She shared that they roast their beans in house, which explains the rich, fresh flavor in every cup. They also sell the beans on site, and there's even a coffee grinder available for customers, which is a thoughtful touch for anyone passing through town. And the pastries? Yummy and perfect alongside the coffee. If you're traveling through Stevenson or working in the area like we were, this place is definitely worth the stop. Speaking of: we took our food down to the park by the lake, picnic tables under the trees, and Willow, our English lab, decided that burger was the single most important object in the entire state of Oregon.
