Fortunately, Super Lock Service was able to respond quickly. Jim arrived on time and went right to work. He rekeyed all the locks promised before our guests arrived. But what really impressed us was his repair of a screen door latch where the door handle had fallen off, the tumbler could not be rekeyed without drilling and the dead blot was too low for the strike plate. Jim had to rethread the handle to fit a different machine screw so that it could be securely attached. He replaced the tumbler with one he could more easily rekey. And he replaced the strike plate to match the dead bolt. We use that screen door all the time. It is a great relief to have it working better than new!
