All staff was courteous from the beginning. Inquired online from Yelp (and several other vendors) about the estimated cost for a keyed mailbox repair. After accepting their estimate and service time, I received a call from Makana who acquired the necessary information and told me that Jeremy will be doing the service and his service history. I asked for his number, as I don't answer calls that aren't in my phone contacts. She obliged. Jeremy called about 15 minutes before the appointment to advise that they are on their way and they were running a bit behind. He then called when he arrived with Joshua (his assistant). Both had their masks on when they arrived and honored social distancing. Jeremy tried the key first and lubricated the keyhole. When all attempted tries didn't work, he had to change out the lock. I chose this company because it is a female owned family business. I think this is amazing and should be more common. Anywho, the locksmiths were quick and friendly. Can't complain. Now I have new locks and doors that don't have to be slammed in order to shut and lock them! My neighbors I am sure are pleased. Something we did fail to test was if the screen door and big door could be shut at the same time. For one of the doors, the new knob has higher profile and you can't shut them completely at the same time. You basically have to choose which one you want. To be shut and locked. Update! I was contacted about ten minutes after my initial review in regards to the door troubles. The locksmiths came back out a couple days later and fixed the issue. Turns out it was a simple fix which in the long run, saved me money from having to buy a new knob and rekeying. I'm saved! Great company. Wonderful service. Amazing people. read more

So impressed. After buying a used Honda Pilot, we decided we needed new keys since the originals were pretty beat up. We called Ali'i Nui and decided to go with them after them telling us about how accomplished they are and how many certifications they have. Even though it was a little more expensive we had Jeremy come out and cut/program us two brand new keys for our Honda. Fast forward a couple weeks later and all of sudden none of our keys will turn in the ignition. It was like the wheel was locked, but the wheel turned just fine, the keys wouldn't turn at all. We had no idea what was going on so we had the car towed to the dealership. Dealer called us a couple hours later and told us the ENTIRE IGNITION SYSTEM needed to be replaced and that it was going to cost $800 - $1000. He said that the new keys we had made were "too sharp" and must have damaged the inside of the cylinder. I, of course, immediately called Ali'i Nui and Jeremy to discuss. Jeremy quickly asked me where the car was located and said he wanted to fix the problem for us no charge. So we had the car towed BACK from the dealership to our house. Jeremy came over, spent almost 4 hours dismantling the entire ignition system/steering wheel column and then told us VOILA, all fixed. It's an older car and so things are bound to go wrong. Thankfully Jeremy is super skillful and knew how to fix the problem. All of our keys new work perfectly and I am so happy we decided to go with Ali'i Nui. Jeremy is a stand-up awesome dude and we're very thankful he saved us $1k!!! Highly recommend, these people know their stuff! read more

Hands down just the best! You wanna support local? These are the guys. You need someone with awesome prices? They have it!!! Honest? Yup they got you. Reliable and not give you the run around... They came when they said they would and their receptionist, answered all 50 of my calls, with no hesitation. We lost our remote to our Camry, which usually would not be a big deal, but the key that starts car does not open any of our doors. At 5pm, we needed something fast & something that wasn't going to break our bank.
