Everything from my first inquiry here on Yelp to their follow ups answering all of my questions, to their clarification of what services were included in their flat rate fees (lowest price for two key fob sets!), to helping me figure out where to park my vehicle today, to getting a same day appointment, they treated me like a valued customer. The person who did the work today was really awesome. He explained everything to me, and he even offered to do some additional work on my existing old key for no charge. He insisted on me testing the keys to be sure that everything worked as it should, before he would accept payment for the work done. Had a little situation with my Ford Bronco. All my keys were lost, and there was no way of starting the car. I called the Ford dealership and relayed my situation. I was driving in the Māpunapuna area and noticed a sign for Lucky Owl Car Rental. I heard about them through the commercials. I also noticed that they had a sign for Lucky Owl Lock and Key and Lucky Owl Auto Sales. Didn't even know they were in the locksmithing business, must be new. I had an old beat up Dodge Journey remote that has seen better days. Since I was already in the area I decided to see if they can give me a new shell for the remote. They had a brand new shell in stock and replaced my old one within seconds. The price was reasonable. If you don't need the same exact key for your vehicle, the one with the panic button and the auto door/trunk unlock etc. They will make you one at a significant discount. Like $50 for my old beater that I don't want to invest in. A key to open my doors, and a "chip" to start my car. (I think it's called a "beach" key). I just need to be able to drive.
