We had a great experience here, the staff are very nice and the OBGYN doctor was amazing with us. She answer all our questions and was very helpful. She did the usual check on the baby like heartbeat, measurement and asking all the right questions. She knew we were just there for the referral so it wasn't too involved. She put a rush on the referral as well since my wife is almost due so everything can be done quickly which we appreciated. I received IV fluids, steroids, antibiotics, and other medications, and in less than an hour I already felt about 60-70% better. Now, about 18 hours later and after taking just one dose of my prescribed medications, I'm almost completely back to normal. I'm incredibly grateful for the care I received and for the amazing team that knew exactly how to treat me. Their telephone service is terrible. They rarely answer the phone, even after the automated system repeatedly says you're the next caller for 20-30 minutes. Last Monday, I called around noon and again around 2:00 p.m. They eventually called to verify my mother-in-law's date of birth and then called again around 4:30 p.m. All I needed was for them to correct the dosage of her medication because they had sent the pharmacy the wrong strength. My mother-in-law had already been seen by the doctor just a few days earlier, so there was no reason for her to schedule another appointment just to correct a prescription dosage that the office had entered incorrectly. Instead of simply contacting the pharmacy to fix their mistake, the staff member insisted we make another appointment, which would have meant my mother-in-law going without her medication for about a week. The representative was rude, repeatedly saying she was "just trying to help," then placed me on hold. It was obvious she had no intention of returning to the call because she left me on hold until the office closed. At exactly 4:58 p.m., the call was disconnected. It's now been over a week, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. No follow-up, no correction, and no concern for a patient who depends on her medication. It's incredibly frustrating that something as simple as correcting a prescription dosage has been handled with such a lack of urgency and compassion. To make matters worse, here I am again today trying to reach someone. After 35 minutes on hold, it looks like I won't be able to speak with anyone once again. Instead of connecting me to a representative, the automated system is now asking me to enter the extension number of the person I'm calling. How am I supposed to know anyone's extension? I have no choice but to hang up because I don't have that information. This has become a pattern, not a one-time occurrence. Patients should not have to spend hours trying to reach someone, especially when the office is correcting its own prescription error. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I sincerely hope this clinic improves its phone system and the way it handles patient concerns because no one should have to go through this just to get a medication dosage corrected.

The bathroom is spacious, immaculately clean. The staff is more than polite, they are warm and friendly. There seems to be always a lot of paperwork to fill out. No digital check in or appointment reminders. What I love about this clinic: Open Saturdays and early. They see children only and their scope of work is specific to prevention, cleaning, fillings and basic extractions. For a mom of 3 with no exotic dental issues except for cleaning, prevention and occasional filling, this place fits the bill. The dentists always confer with on the status of my kids' teeth. I don't feel rushed and they do a great job. I feel valued here.
