Wow! I'm so impressed at this pharmacy! Usually I order my medications which is always super easy. I made a mistake and it wasn't planned to come in u til Monday. Kaiser sent the prescription to the Camarillo pharmacy and I was so impressed. The girl that helped me at the front was so nice! She had such a great attitude and was so happy! Just a nice person and I love that! It was my first time using this medication so I asked for a consult. Jenelle the pharmacist was AMAZING!!! She was so caring and so nice! Pharmacist are always so busy and that job can get really hectic. She was so nice to me when I needed it the most. Jenelle explained everything to me and she just seemed so caring and kind. The hours are ridiculous. They take days to fill a prescription and if you have a reoccurring medication that falls on a Thursday or Friday you won't be able to get it until Monday at the earliest. You'll be forced to go without for days waiting for them to fill and be open. read more

After waiting for over two hours to talk to a representative they talked over me and were very rude. I was calling to find out why they weren't filling a prescription. Turns out the whole hold up was the they wanted to give me a 20mg instead of two 10mg. They are the ones that changed it to two 10mg. I've been waiting weeks to get this filled. I won't even start on them not being open on the weekend!! read more

The Pharmacy is like night and day since earlier this year. I specifically want to recognize Patsy who is every employer's dream employee. She's caring ,compassionate, courteous and knows her job. Adriana is a breath of fresh air too. Hours have improved, now open until 6PM ,and they are no longer closed at lunch. Not up to Kaiser standards. Under staffed, on the other side of town from the Kaiser Medical Office (why??) Bad hours, too small.... Doctor will say the new prescription will be filled and WAITING for you when you arrive, but the pharmacy says "Oh, no, that's not how it works." So, instead of saving you time, you must drive across town then wait as your prescription won't be ready like the Doctor tells you it will and should be. Pharmacy blames the Doctor! (who has the balls to do that?) And, as mentioned in another post, they completely close for "lunch" and are not open on weekends. How is this helpful to any Kaiser member? How much would it cost to move the pharmacy to the same shopping center as the Medical Office Building. How much would it cost to hire one or two extra workers to cover lunch (when most working people want to actually use the pharmacy) and WHY hasn't this happened? Who cares if there aren't a lot of Kaiser members in Camarillo. Kaiser makes billions of dollars, time to step it up in Camarillo! It's so SMALL, that they can just add it into the existing Medical Office building in the corner like the lab and make it actually useful and convenient for members. Worse set up I've ever seen with any Kaiser (Northern or Southern Calif.) Absolutely not up to Kaiser standards which are normally excellent. Workers are nice enough but the patients needs are at the bottom of the priority list. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. I thought I had learned my lesson from last time. I called ahead they said come in 2 hours. I show up and they say they don't have any of that medicine in stock. Then they say we have a few pills. Then after going back and forth they say they can give me one months supply but not 3 months because they didn't know I was coming in today. REALLY? That's funny because I called 2 hours ago and I was told to come in. Note to self - choose to drive to any other pharmacy. This pharmacy doesn't have their act together. Sad part is I was told by a kaiser employee that the Camarillo pharmacy has a bad reputation. Wonder if they will choose to fix the problem or just let it slide. Side note - they also were jerking around an older patient. I felt bad for the guy. He finally gave up and left frustrated. read more

Wow! I thought I was the only one that felt this way especially the front desk staff I try my hardest not to come here and literally I dread it. No matter what time day it doesn't matter the staff is out of there way RUDE! If I can I usually go all the way to rite aide and treated much better!!! I've seen the same people there for years and kaiser management needs to change it up before they loose all business! They need to send a secret shopper so they can see for themselves!!!! I pay great money for this insurance and treated as if I was low class! Something has to change here patients are already not feeling well or some circumanstance they need to be a little bit nicer and professional!!!!!!!!! read more

I love this Pharmacy! The people here are quick and know that you have other things to do than wait around for your PX.

This pharmacy in Camarillo was not crowded and the staff was very helpful. When I got there they were quick to greet me and look up my medications. When I realized one was misinformation she quickly contacted the doctor to resolve my issue. Although we were unable to contact the doctor I felt like she tried and made it important to her. read more

Just like many of the clients that come to this pharmacy, I too agree that this place is by far the pharmacy with the most disrespectful, unprofessional staff. There is always two of the same staff working the front desk. Their demeanor is always the same, pissed off, disrespectful and arrogant. I was there not too long ago to pick up meds for my father and an elderly woman was trying to strike a small chit chat, after the she got her meds and left immediately they laughed at her and the clerk at the front made fun of her, then the rest of the staff in back laughed at his comment. I was so upset and offended. If they hate their jobs so much, why be there? Go after what you will enjoy instead of making clients feel stupid and unwelcome. I can't say it enough, just a bad place to come too. It's very unfortunate. read more
