Yal, if I could put more than 5 stars I would. This was by far one of the best spa/facial experiences I've ever had. I really wish that I could tell you step by step what happened, but I cannot because I was asleep! The chair and initial facial prep was so soothing and comfortable that I was snoring within the first 5 minutes. I woke up an hour later with a fresh face. I received the dermaplaning facial which is a newer service to Nzuri. I was VERY pleased with the results. You are able to see immediately the dead skin that she has removed from your face. The next morning my skin was soft and very bright. In the days following, some of the skin in my problem areas had sloughed off and become brighter. I am African-American and struggle with adult acne and the resulting post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I have combination skin with large pores around my nose and forehead. One week later, they are much smaller. Nzuri also personalized a regimen that will help to target the scarring left from my acne breakouts. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Nzuri Skincare via Groupon. Boy did I luck up!!! I needed a Brazilian Wax after going months without one during quarantine. When I say that the owner has the most AMAZING spirit and professional demeanor, that's an understatement!!! From the moment I arrived until the time I left, she made me feel comfortable and we talked as though we had known each other forever.
