The wash stations were very clean with good water pressure and temperature, and the shampoos and conditioner worked really well. Our dog is super clean now. I've tried a couple of the other self-wash places around here and this is definitely the best one so far. Frankly, most of the other places seem to be dirty and smell weird and staffed by crabby folks. Washing the dog is never a really pleasant experience but this place made it very easy and painless. I'll definitely be back!

I actually look forward to visiting (not sure about my dog...but I think she likes it too :). The owners (both the original and now the new owners), are true lovers of animals, and they are consistently willing to help you and show a great deal of attention to your animal, be it tips on healthcare, or a good ol' rub down to help relax them for their visit. Lots of dog treats flowing in this place too! I can't say enough about these folks, and I have no issues driving from Ashland to White City just for a visit. They provide: Nice quality shampoo, excellent tub and drying facility, emu oil conditioner, great people, nice products for sales, the list goes on.... Happy bathing!

My 10 year old cat received an injection of Solensia for her osteoarthritis from a different vet…read moreclinic and had a number of serious adverse reactions. 3 months later she was completely lame in her hind legs so I brought her to Siskiyou Veterinary Hospital to see if they could diagnose and help her. Dr Debby was the doctor I saw. She examined my cat and felt her hind legs. I could tell that she felt something concerning on her right hip and she ordered radiographs for her. When she came back with the radiographs I knew from her eyes it was not good news. She broke the news to me ever so gently and showed me the 4" tumor on my cat's hip. I asked her how long my cat might have in the best case and she said only a few weeks with pain management. She was in so much pain that I elected to have her euthanized right there. Dr Debby was so kind and compassionate as I shed tears for my beloved soul kitty. She got me a box of tissues and told me I could have as much time as I needed with my cat. After she came back with the vet tech and gave her the injection to put her to sleep, she quietly left the room and allowed me to be there with my cat to grieve as long as I wanted. She told me I could just leave and walk out when I was done and didn't have to stop by the front desk. The vet tech was similarly kind and compassionate. I've seen enough vet doctors who lack compassion that Dr Debby's sensitivity and kindness meant the world to me. The memory of saying goodbye to my soul kitty will always be with me and with her quiet kindness and thoughtfulness, Dr Debby has made that memory far more bearable than if I'd had to deal with one of the other vets I've seen in the past. I am forever grateful for this. I don't know how the rest of the doctors here are, but I'm already planning to take my other cat to Dr Debby when it's time for her next vet visit.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE…read more I brought my cat to Dr. Oliver on a Saturday because he wasn't eating. She waited until she was almost through with the exam to tell me that their bloodwork lab was down and couldn't provide immediate results. I would have taken him elsewhere if anybody had bothered to tell me this when I made the appointment. She promised to call on Monday. On Monday morning she called to tell me she would have to call on Tuesday instead, no explanation offered. On Tuesday she flaked out completely. On Wednesday she called and told me had to come in immediately because he had peritonitis, a disease that is fatal if not immediately treated. She also pretended that the lab was responsible for the delay even though I know the analysis was on their office computer the day before because a secretary told me when I went down there to find out where the hell she was. She'd left the office for two days without telling me. They mis-filled his prescription, giving me medication meant only for dogs and half the syringes of painkiller he was intended to take. They charged me $65 for a sugar packet's worth of ointment that was supposed to increase his appetite and didn't. None of this worked. It was too late. It was going to cost thousands of dollars to put him into emergency care. He might have made it if they were on the ball. I had to pay about $1800 for this "care." My cat was a dear friend. When I picked up his ashes, the cremation service included some ridiculous "poem" about how I was going to meet my cat on "The Rainbow Bridge" after I died and we would be reunited. Like I'm a toddler. They sent me a "We'd Love Your Feedback" email and when I wrote down the whole sordid tale I included my email address in case they wanted to talk about it. No word from them since then.

They communicated beautifully and were very gentle with my boy as well as me considering I was very scared and quite literally crying the whole time. They made me feel very comfortable with letting them handle my sweet boy and they did everything with such care it was just truly an amazing experience! Like I said the staff was absolutely incredible! They definitely cared for my dog as much as I do and I am so grateful for the entire team and Doctor Tammy! Would definitely recommend this vet! :)

I would give lessons zero reviews at this point if I could.... I moved up here in December, I have…read morerequested emergency veterinary services on two separate occasions (followed up to try to schedule normal appointments to establish routine veterinary care and schedules Faye neuter)..... only to find out the soonest they could get me in was six months in the future for an emergency( I was quoted July originally, for a potential abscess... the front desk person did not seem to understand why six months for a potential abscess was a death sentence. Nor did they seem to have basic medical training that would permit them to be appropriate for the position ). I just called for an emergency euthanasia for a separate animal, either via appointment or home visit... they were unable to accompany, seemed shocked that I would request recommendations... and then the secretary was like " what do you expect? We are the only veterinarian clinic in the area... so of course we're booked out" ... this is what you get when you hire paper pushers! Not people who are actually medically trained with a bedside manner... If we were to treat human patients in the same manner, this office would get shut down... the owner /head v veterinarian is welcome to reach out... after all, it is the doctor's name on the practice, and they are responsible for overseeing their staff I'm sorry if it's not obvious, then hire additional staff!! if you need additional vets and techs to serve the volume of clients in your area... then do so!! (if this doctors office served humans, they would've been shut down, ... because doctors, who swear to hippa cannot turn down emergency patients ) choosing to maintain a monopoly over the market in the area and be selective with your clients, is illegal and immoral.... I would be happy to edit my review once they are able to meet the basic needs of the clientele Update: the office called back, apologized for the confusion, stated that they would never postpone emergency visits like those described in the post, requested my dog's medical records, and promised to get me in this afternoon, following the vet surgery schedule or the following day at the latest... I just called back and the receptionist gave me the " I'm sorry I don't know who told you that, but we're fully booked out.." I really do not appreciate liars. Disappointing beyond belief. (Edit for clarification: I was not offered an appointment until after I posted the review... then when I called back to schedule the appointment as requested, the receptionist had zero availability. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication between the owner and staff... but I have experience training medical practices to implement new procedures and expedite patient visits without minimizing, security or safety... there is plenty of room for improvement at this practice and Im glad to hear they are actively looking for new employees... from my understanding, the market is currently flooded with qualified candidates looking for jobs... so getting applicants should not be difficult . I look forward to reading those job ads.)

I went to pick her up and was guided into a room with a young women vet who without my permission did the surgery she was out of vet school 3 months. I was told the vet watched her but he said he had to leave early to take his wife to the hospital. it was illegal for him to let her do the surgery by herself. He said he watched her the entire time. THEN WHY DID HE NOT DO IT HIMSELF IF HE HAD THAT KIND OF TIME I HAD NOT GIVEN PERSMIISION FOR ANHYONE ELSE TO DO THE SUGERY. I went back again I said my cat is not well, They said she won't have to eat or drink water for three days NOT TRUE one of the vet assistance was like a mad dog ( I love dogs but this was nuts) staring me down there to protect her and agreed. At three am my cat was drinking tons of water I rushed her to emergency where the doctor said she had almost no electro lites and was trying to supply them by drinking she could not! she was on deaths door. She said did they not give her an IV this was wrong who monitored this cat? I said I don't know when I called the vet he would not refund me, he was sweet but it was an act, I deserved to b e paid for. both the surgery and the emergency hospital, I should have taken them to small claims court but I was so upset I could not write this review until. now. This place and his too sweet response was an act I believed he has many years of being this way but when his vet made a mistake she didn't take responsibility. He said he had to leave his wife was sick and he had to take her to the hospital (oh sympathy for him now) well if she is that sick call an ambulance. Yep everyone loves this vet but he did not take financial responsibility for his mistake and the emergency hospital notes mention. the surgery was not right. (in medical terms ) they have Mal practice I submitted it to them they said they passed it along but I never heard back they simply evaded responsibility. This man took zero responsibility my sister has Parkinson's I don't drive her to the hospital I call an ambulance! they are not expensive maybe 150.00 I spent close to 4,000 for the emergency hospital and his cocky knows it all vet student.the next vet commented on wow so any stitches he laughed!
