From the moment I met her, she was so sweet and had such a warm, welcoming aura that immediately made me feel comfortable. Before we even started my eyebrow wax, she asked me questions about my skin and my eyebrows, which I always think is a great indicator that you're in the hands of someone who truly knows what they're doing. But my favorite moment was when she handed me the mirror to look at my eyebrows and said, "Be picky." As someone who is VERY particular about my brows, I absolutely loved that. It made me feel completely comfortable speaking up and letting her know if there was anything I wanted adjusted. My eyebrows came out AMAZING!
