What I have an issue with is their communication. I had an appointment booked today and even received a email to confirm 2 days before which I responded to immediately. To my surprise, when I show up to my appointment, the receptionist tells me the sugarist wasn't there and they tried to call me to reschedule my appointment. I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them.The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.

What really impressed me was how knowledgeable she is about different skin types and how much she actually listens to your individual skin concerns. I have extremely sensitive skin, I'm allergic to what feels like EVERYTHING, and I've tried so many different products over the years. The rooms are spacious and SUPER clean, the girls put on some calming music. They're both super friendly so the time flies by! They almost always have snacks and water available for you. From the multiple places that I've been to, this one is by far the closest and wallet friendly sugaring place.
