They replaced the…read morefacia and later the roof sub contractor replaced the roof and in the process damaged the new facia. Then the siding sub contractor replaced the facia again. They then began to have problems with other sub contractors and the job went on for several months. I found inconsistent numbers in their billing. I asked John why the totals were more than the addends and his reply was they do that to cover any mistake their estimator makes. The 3 carbon monoxide roof vents were damaged and on the contract to replace. They were only painted to look new and not replaced. I asked Ed Rollins why they were not replaced and he replied, we made a mistake and used that $350 on the gutter guards. PGRS started the job in April and didn't complete it until October. Used E.M. Blue twice for roof repairs. First time was fine; made the repair for a reasonable price…read more The second time, I had a leak around the chimney flashing. They made the repair, but next time it rained the leak was in the same spot. They have a 1yr guarantee on workmanship so I called them up and told them it was still leaking. They didn't show up for their appointment, so I rescheduled. Again, no show. This went on for a month. I even sent Duane a video one night of the water dripping from my ceiling. I finally had to hire (and pay) another company to make the repair.

We got 3 bids to repair our roof from tree damage and found that EM Blue was reasonably priced, and…read morewe had confidence that they would inspect and repair our roof completely - beyond the specific area that I had called them for. The side of our roof was damaged from tree branches, and the chimney cap was missing the spark arrestor cap. When Duane Clark inspected our roof, he found 2 other areas that needed fixing. He also explained how he was going to add the chimney cap and fit over a double flue. While doing the job, they discovered some rotted plywood under the shingles, and replaced that for no additional charge. He also painted the chimney shroud so that it would look good from the street and yard. Duane and his crew are easy to work with, honest and do excellent work. They are attentive to the details and are interested in ensuring a solid and secure roof - not just how fast they can finish and move on to the next job. B E W A R E! After many red flags during my chimney liner install , (including the rudest…read moresupervisor I have ever come in contact with) I decided to hire a third-party just to make sure it was installed correctly and it was safe for use. As suspected, the install was very far from being safe and not to code. They actually attempted to install the wrong type of liner. They removed a chimney cap without my knowledge leaving it open to rain and animals. They connected to a corroded gas line which caused a gas leak resulting in having to call the emergency line over the weekend to come and cut the line and install a valve. They also installed the gas key in the middle of my hardwood floors in front of my hearth with no communication of where they were going to install it. The supervisor sat in his truck the whole time smoking cigarettes with zero communication except a couple cuss words to a few other guys working at my house. I am a contractor. I have a lot of tolerance for contractors. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and dangerous situation this has caused to my home. If you have used them I would urge you to have your own inspection done before continuing to use your fireplace.

Our roof is quite large with steep pitches and in one day, they did a complete tear off and completed the installation of the new roof. They also put a new roof on our garden shed. When they left that day you would've never known they were here. They cleaned up all the debris and left the property in great shape. The next day the new gutters went on.
