Recently I brought my newest car to them, hoping that they could repair the damage done by another repair shop. They did NOT let me down.. Esteban fixed the problem, which really took some creative thought, as it was an unusual repair. They've worked miracles for me in the past also. I drove a 1989 Toyota cargo van for 27 years and honestly Esteban and Luis were the lifeline for that old van for a long time. They kept it going. And while I was shopping for a newer (used) vehicle; I brought each car to them to find any problems. They did detailed inspections on each car I brought them and they made me aware of any issues, (large or small). Another feature of Pit Stop is lower prices. Example: for the last repair I needed to have; another shop quoted the charge would be $746.68... Esteban did the repair for $225. I love those brothers and will forever be a dedicated loyal customer.

They did a brake job, the brakes still loud as.... and they left emergency brake handle exposed. You can see the road through the opening they left when they put it back. Now after another $1700 repair on thermostat , Housing/Gasket. The same is back with coolant leaking. The Cooper is now in shop again for same thing, however it is hard to fix, because Louden motors have stripped and forced the bolt . Shitty work from an arrogant owner .

They always provide me with a breakdown of recommended repairs with options at different price points.
