This place is our go to for reasonably priced Chinese food. It's been around forever with their 1970's decor . Food is made fresh and quick . Their deep fried chicken wings and honey garlic pork are very crispy and yummy ! Lots of takeout orders from locals and they also do delivery . This is a great spot to get some cheap Chinese food with big portions. Note that they're currently only doing takeout or delivery - no dine in. They serve your typical (westernized) Chinese fare, but their prices are better and their portions bigger than other places around. I got their beef with black bean sauce on rice and the container was absolutely stuffed to the brim! It was tasty and very filling. This little "hole in the wall" has the best ever War Wonton soup, I have eaten there for yrs. Tables are clean, help yourself to the hot tea, staff are friendly. I lived in Langley from 1978 til 2001. In Vancouver since & still have to trek out to this place for a true taste of N. American style Chinese food. Yup it has needed a reno. Pretty much since it opened up to have the decor match the product. The same wonderful family has greeted and feed our family since they opened. ST. ANDREWS plaza repliced the original church burned by a vandal in '78. This business is an anchor. Langley is better for the commitment to food over ambiance customers and keeping the food affordable by not renovating over and over. Trust the tastebuds. Also the smiling that greets you. read more

I am very shocked that Kam Wah is still around in Langley as it has changed managment/ownership throughout the years. Memories of being five years old eating here with my parents and grandparents in this unhygenic, dark mess still haunts me to this day. The Fraser Health board has shut them down for numerous health violations but a different owner took the reigns every time they were closed so they were always open some how. We often have their won ton soup and it's always delicious, hearty and well priced. Best I've had. The chow mein, chop suey, prawns are delicious and piping hot. We used to order the deep fried wonton but it's really just a chip now. All in all, I recommend for take out especially. read more

Jay Z could not be more wrong in this case. My mother taught the owners kids, and still chats to them about their kids. Ownership has not changed once in the past 15 - 20 years.
