The exterior of the rock and roll was fried just enough to give nice crunchy texture with modest filling so you arent hunting around the roll figuring out where something is. The rolls were all cut evenly. The rock and roll was delicious, however sliced a little bigger than what I like but it comes with a lot so I get why its larger. The negatives - I thought the Queen roll was OK. I felt the white fish could've been crispier as it was rather soft. Everything felt more one note as the white fish had no real discernible flavor, paired with shrimp and avocado and it was mostly bland. Perhaps add another element and texture or make the white fish bigger and stand out more. Lastly, the soft drink had an unpleasant after taste. I ordered Dr Pepper and it tasted either like diet or the carbonation was going out on it. I'd be willing to return and try more of what you have to offer!

We were delighted with a warm towel at the start and they even packed us a fresh batch of green tea to take home. There were a lot of options for adventurous folks who enjoy sushi.
