Veg. Samosa Very good! 10 out of 10

First time here!!!! We had a taste for Indian food and were short on time so we placed an order to go.

    Chicken Biryani.

Awesome food at a wonderful price. Limited dining, but I'll take that with such exceptional food.i had the Chicken Biryani--wonderful colors and spices and Garlic Naan bread. Had a lot left over!

Poor Tupperware that leaks and opens easily. Unfriendly. Barely gave me any rice. Too much sauce and not enough protein. I won't be back!!

While it doesn't look like much on the outside, the food was absolutely fantastic and the service was also quick and friendly, with one person handling 5-6 tables and takeout orders very professionally. I had the palak paneer and some veg samosa that were both excellent along with some of the best garlic naan I've ever had. I asked for medium spice on the palak paneer and it was great - I felt the heat but it was flavorful, not overpowering. The combination of these three dishes was really more food than I could finish, too. I'll definitely return when I have the chance passing through the area in the future, and if you're on the fence, I highly recommend you give this restaurant a chance - you won't regret it!

The space is small but cozy. Cheap fake marble tables and generic wall art give it a certain charm. The service is excellent. Extremely friendly and prompt. He came around frequently to check in on us throughout the meal. The food was delicious. Perfect temperature and bold flavors. I was slightly disappointed in the spice level as I asked for as spicy as it comes and it seemed more medium to me. Mind you I have a high tolerance for heat but this could have been spicier. Honestly the only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star. This seems like a perfect spot to grab some quick takeout and enjoy at home for a movie date night. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

I have nothing bad to say about them & my man & I have ordered Togo from here many times now. Food is always hot & fresh even after getting it delivered, too. The owners & staff TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY even when you're just picking up a Togo order, & they even give you a delicious little mango smoothie to take with you! Maybe it's just cause they like me though (; haha, idk. We always get the butter chicken & ask for naan instead of rice because we prefer jasmine rice over basmati, & they are super accommodating about it every time. I've been meaning to leave a review for a while now because it's been past well deserved. I hope they stay open for a long time & that business is good for them! Open in East Rome since fall 2024, we ordered from the take-home paper menu because it describes each course in detail. We had: Butter chicken. We started here based on local social media recommendations. This isn't something Paula Deen would whip up with her traditional "stick of butter." States the menu: "Chicken cooked with herbs and spices in a butter sauce." It looks something you'd put on spaghetti rather than the generous bowl of rice. Our take: It will be our go-to at this spot; good and filling. Chicken kurma (chicken, spices, coconut and herbs) was our friend's main course. Again, with a mound of rice. He shared it and all items that evening. Our take: Also good with more zip than the butter chicken. Mix vegetable korma (a floured gravy made with parboiled vegetables). This was our side if you will (no fries). A tangy broth that was very tasty, especially when dipping the naan we ordered. The meal is served at your table but a note that indoor seating is tight. The utensils and napkins are self-serve and you're asked to clear your place when done. There's covered outdoor seating with wind guards. And we were surprised by the steady flow of carry-out customers. Entrees mostly are from $10 to $20 with many in the $13 range. Appetizers and desserts vary. Cards accepted.

What really stands out is the inclusion of raita and achar. That extra touch brings back fond memories of family home-cooked biryani and makes the experience feel complete. One small suggestion would be to consider using to-go boxes with an aluminum liner or another healthier packaging option for takeout orders, as the food really deserves packaging that preserves its quality. Overall, this is authentic, comforting food done right. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real biryani.

First of all the flavors in every dish we chose knocked our socks off! We chose a medium level of heat and decided on a variety of dishes to try to get a full experience. We HEARD the Tandoori Mixed grill come out, then the aromas hit us. BEAUTIFULLY prepared! There was a wide variety of meats, chicken, lamb, fish, paneer, shrimp. Sizzling on a cast iron platter with aromatics mixed in. This dish was perfectly seasoned. The chicken was my favorite! The Chicken Korma was next. This has to be one of my favorite Indian dishes ever. The chicken is almost secondary to the sauce as I tend to dip naan the whole time I'm eating it. The chicken however was very tender and the flavors were incredible! We had two different kinds of Naan to sop all of the sauces up! Such an incredible variety! We had outstanding service and there were several servers making sure our drinks stayed full and our plates were cleared. The restaurant is an old Wendy's, not too fancy inside but clean, and the area is not the greatest, but don't sleep on this restaurant!! They seriously know what they are doing and we plan to make this our spot for this type of Indian cuisine. Oh and I watched my first Cricket match! That's a cool sport! There were a couple of TVs on around the restaurant with sports. Definitely try this place!

They have a lot of options on the menu and many may be wonderful. The dining room is well decorated and bright. Our waiter was nice. Water stayed full. The fresh naan was delicious!!! The buffet was small, limited. There was dal, butter chicken, samosas, etc. I think maybe we just hit them on an off day? The rice was nearly empty and very dried out. They were out of goat curry when we went to the table but the waiter kindly offered to go ask the kitchen for more. I did not try it but my husband enjoyed it. There was a bin with a little lettuce and some tomato slices labeled salad. Some pappadum and some tamarind chutney. Meh. Should we go back perhaps I will try the bhel puri. For what it is, the buffet seemed expensive. They also offer a thali plate for lunch. I saw some people eating this and it looked good. I forgot to take pictures.

I did ask for "Indian spicy" and didn't really find it that spicy though. I had plenty leftover the next day! My mom got a dal and I thought it was excellent! Would definitely come here again and try some different dishes. The inside is really modern and clean looking. I will say one thing, the service was extremely slow, but to be fair, it was the day after Christmas so maybe they were a bit short staffed?
