We flew in from California to help my elderly mother-in-law clean up her deceased sister's condo, and we needed it done fast. Kana'i not only had among the most reasonable quotes, but also that they're very responsive and prompt with the appointments. My wife's aunt kept quite a lot of stuff in her condo, and Kana'i team was able to demolish 3 sets of cabinets, remove 3 and a half huge truck loads of trash, and separate another truck load of items that we asked them to keep or donate within a day and a half. They also located a number of document boxes/safe that we couldn't find for us. Kana'i and Brooks are hands-on bosses who are hard working, very easy going, and good to do business with. They're also careful in cleaning-up afterwards so that our condo manager would not be upset. Some other companies gave us a quote that turned out to be way over in yardage and price. Took a risk with Kana'i's Roll off since there were only a few reviews, but we're happy we chose them! My Granny passed away earlier this year and we had a ton of stuff we needed to get rid of. Kana'i's quote was fair and in line with the other companies we called, but they were able to get us scheduled much sooner. Kana'i and his coworker Brooks were professional and incredibly respectful of everything that needed to be dumped. I heard nothing but positive remarks from them, even though they ended up needing to do multiple runs and ended up coming back a second day (we had a ton of stuff!). I sent pictures of items being removed, and even eliminated others and to remove a couch and king size bed frame (both in good condition) was over $500....the crew was professional however this price was extreme. Better to get a Uhaul for $20 all day and take it to the dump. Because of timing I had no choice..i sent pictures beforehand so an "estimate" could have been provided. read more
