I chose Glenn because he answered every question that I had. He was a local vendor and available for any follow up service that I may need. He sent the electrician to my house for the electrical work. The next day Glenn delivered my hot tub and the electrician came back to do the final hook up. Two years ago I decided I wanted the cover turned so that it opens in another direction. I called Glenn and in a couple days he was there to fix it the way I wanted it. I've had a couple minor things happen and when I called Glenn he walked me thru the problem over the phone, no service call needed and no charge. April 2020 my hot tub has been cold for about a month. I think the heat pump went out. We are in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic and the store is not open but I called anyway and left a message. Glenn called me back within an hour. I just wanted to know how much a heat pump costs. He asked me what it said on the display and when I told him SL he said there's nothing wrong with my pump that I had put the hot tub in sleep mode (you can stop laughing now). So he told me how to get it out of sleep mode and it's working fine again. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I have received from him which is probably the most important part of the whole purchase. So if you are looking to buy a hot tub do yourself a favor and go see Glenn. You won't be disappointed.

They provided me with a detailed list of exactly the parts necessary to repair my unit. When the parts came in, I rescheduled an appointment, and the same guys arrived to fix the tub. At that point, they informed me that there was now a problem with a leaking pump motor. Again, they provided me with a detailed invoice. I am currently waiting on the parts to arrive. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to speak with the owner. A first class gentleman. Turns out that one of the repair men is the owner's son. Obviouly, the companies run by an excellent business man and also father; as his son was a top-notch repairmen. There's a company closer to me (4 miles) that I didn't hire, because they told me a few things that weren't true (a fucking liar) I am much better off with the Hot Tub Outlet. Needless to say, I give them, my business, and recommendation. Do not waste time calling another hot tub company, even though they maybe closer.

We have worked with Dynamic for 8 seasons and remain satisfied. The first season we hired Dynamic we had a few complaints that they immediately addressed. But in retrospect, as new owners of the home, our inexperience with what to expect was at the root of the complaints. I bring this up only to point out that the way they responded to our concerns showcased the organization and communication of their Office Staff and Service Crews. We use Dynamic for openings, closings, and for service calls. They maintain our cover, power-wash it and store it during the summer so its not in our way, and is ready to go for closing. Before we purchased our home they had overhauled our pool, replacing all plumbing, coping, tile, gunite and concrete around the pool. Tony and his crew have a lot of knowledge and do a truly professional job. The front office does a tremendous job of communicating with us. Free water testing is a HUGE plus and key to maintaining pool chemistry where I use this service about every two to three weeks. Being an educated shopper I buy maybe 30% of my pool chemicals here to include the pool salt and 70% on line (Routine maintenance chemicals). To me there is a balance here that allows me to keep the free water testing and get the free diagnostic help when I need it. Also some of their pool products are higher rated than the competition where if behooves you to look at the ratings/reviews on line when deciding what too buy here or buy somewhere else. Overall this is a very good one stop shop for pools where they also have an online presence for shipping to home. Nice!

Also check water quality I was told to add alkalinity increased which they had no problem selling me but didn't move my numbers. The test shows metals detected roughly every third test for me but would magically disappear. I'm 1200 into their expert advice and haven't even swam in the pool. I highly recommend know what you need before you go in. I bought something called a leaf demon which would have you believe no issue in getting your leaves out. Quite the opposite it was just an extra weight to the end of the poll for 100. It is now October 30th and they still have not finished the job. I have been calling and texting them since October 10th but they have not returned any of my calls or text messages. They have not finished the job. I do not recommend hiring them due to their lack of communicate and them not finishing the job. If you do decide to hire them, do not pay them until the job is completely finished.
