It was a breeze checking in and ahhh the liability waiver at the front. It was a sweet space with see through window from the lobby. I brought my baby boy and he had an absolute blast crawling around and meeting little ones like himself. The yoga session was perfectly tailored for moms and Meredith was so accommodating with different yoga poses, making sure we breathed in and out, holding my baby at one point since he started fussing, and giving position adjustments. The practice was very calming and I loved the flow. The other moms were so sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this class to any new moms, it was so energizing and comforting!

I took it on a Thursday night, before doing my 3 shifts in a row (they were extra challenging so I'm glad I did this beforehand). I loved having to hold the positions longer to really stretch. I'm not used to slowing down in life so I thought I might be getting bored but it's something I need to work on. The class was so relaxing I almost fell asleep three times. The studio was calming and there was ample space for us yogis. I did have to ask the instructor Valeryia what equipment I needed and couldn't hear her that well during the practice, but I'm sure it was inspirational.

Parking was not too difficult to find considering it was mid day on a weekday. All meter parking outside costed $1.50 per hour. Studio was clean and had a relaxing vibe. Locker room was bright and clean, with 2 showers and plenty of lockers. The instructor is the one who checks people in at the front counter. Ashley was friendly and I loved that she provided demos to us throughout the class. Great first experience with CorePower and I look forward to trying out their other yoga classes offered!

I'm already self conscious going to class and she made me not want to return. It's my first time at this studio so I'm not entirely familiar with the flow, it was 6:30 (end of class) and people were cleaning up and stretching and i'm thinking "okay i'm guessing we're skipping shavasna due to the time" so i started to head out and as soon as i stand up with my mat , she turns the lights off. and then proceeds to call me out for leaving during shavasna. What a weird feeling, to feel embarrassment after such a good workout. But class was great and her flow was good other than the passive aggression at the end.

I really wanted to like Pilates V -- the classes themselves were decent, and the instructors I met…read morewere kind. But unfortunately, the experience with their policy and customer support has been frustrating enough that I'm seriously reconsidering coming back. I've been dealing with a prolonged illness, and per their own policy, clients with symptoms are not allowed to attend class (which I fully respect). But when I reached out to explain my situation, I was only given a two-week extension -- no flexibility, no empathy, just a firm deadline. When I tried to use the remaining classes before expiration, I did not show up due to a worsening cough at the day of class-- again, trying to be responsible and follow their rules. I then received a late cancel/no show warning email, which said I'd normally be charged an extra $15 fee on top of the class I already paid for, just for being too sick to attend. Although the fee was waived this time, the tone of the message and the overall approach felt more like a punishment system than a client-centered one. The policy is confusing, rigid, and completely lacking in support for people dealing with health issues. It left me feeling discouraged and unwelcome -- not something I expect from a wellness studio.

They don't have a reception area so I was a little lost walking in but I just followed what everyone else was doing. The workout itself was fine. Compared to the classes I took in the past I didn't find the instructor to be helpful. When I got home I got an email about my bill from Pilates V which was a charge for grip socks which I did not purchase. I ended up reaching out to management for a refund. There was a couple back and forth with the emails where I had to reach out for updates. It did become a bit frustrating because I didn't talk to the instructor at all but was told that the instructor said it was me that purchased. In the end I received my refund which I was thankful for however I feel like this could have been solved in a more efficient way. I ended up not using the rest of the Groupon classes but it's a loss I would rather take than take more classes.

Yoga Health Center stands out as one of the best. The instructors and staff are genuinely great, the space is always clean and welcoming, and the HVAC system is modern and well maintained, which matters a lot when you're doing hot yoga. They offer a solid variety of classes too, not just yoga but Pilates and other fitness options as well. On top of all that, it's a family owned small business, and you can feel it. They actually care about their customers, and it shows in every visit.

I understand the importance of punctuality, but locking the doors the same minute class begins with no grace period is extreme, especially for a wellness space meant to support mental health. Yoga is where I go to destress and reset. Instead I ended up feeling frustrated after taking the time out of my day and planning around the class. A little compassion and flexibility would go a long way especially for a studio that promotes mindfulness and balance.

The owner, Pattie, really lives her yogic teachings and is exceptionally kind and gracious. She also leads fantastic classes that are the perfect mix of physical challenge and spiritual reflection/meditation. What's also really great is that she offers in person classes in addition to virtual-- the doors and windows of the studio are left open so masks are optional. Normally she offers outdoor classes as well but has stopped due to the arrival of more wintry weather (however there are still a few weekly outdoor classes with Olga). Olga and Grace are wonderful instructors as well-- both really get you in a good flow and you'll be buzzing with high vibes afterwards. I've taken far more classes with Grace, who is one of the sweetest, most skilled instructors I've found and really takes the time to make sure everyone has proper alignment. She takes everyone's personal needs and limitations into account yet really motivates you to push yourself farther than you thought you could go. At the moment she is only offering virtual classes. Overall this is just such a warm, welcoming studio with very intimate classes that span all levels of ability. I cherish it for what it has done for my physical and mental health!

I stood outside calling (along with 2 other patrons) for 10 mins. When Olga arrived the only thing she said was "are you registered?" No introduction of herself or the practice, no questions about my experience, goals, limitations, etc. I was not asked for proof of vaccination. The class was disjointed and confusing, and transitions were awkward. No forecasting poses, no breath engagement, no explanation of proper form or alignment. Olga taught to the camera or the mirror the whole time (I was not told we'd be on camera or recorded).. Another student tried to tell Olga that she felt pain in some of the poses and Olga told her to try to remember which poses it was and remind her at the end of class. Afterwords, Olga didn't say one word to any of the students except to remind one woman to register.
