I could get the doctor's note but I'd like to try XPEL PLUS 70% first if it's really from the direct sunlight. Then, my condition got better after the tint. I was hesitated to go with XPEL PLUS since a lot of people mentioned the bluish color of that specific product doesn't match with the back windows. However, the color doesn't bother me. Also, I can get the clear view from the inside of my car which is great. My car mirror automatically adjust color already so I was worried what I can't see my side mirror reflection but it's clear as you see. The reason why I choose this shop is the skillset. I always go with the ceramic XR. LA heat is no joke and the difference it makes while driving is night and day. You won't need to blast your AC just to cool down because the ceramic does so much of that work for you. It's one of those things you don't realize how much you needed until you have it! For my setup I went 15% on the driver and passenger sides and 5% on all rear windows. You don't have to go that dark to feel the heat suppression but I love the privacy it gives me, totally worth it either way. On top of the tint work the hospitality here is great. They offer tea, coffee and water while you wait which makes the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. 100/10 across the board for service, quality and overall experience. I won't be taking my cars anywhere else! You get your moneys worth here

This is a father-and-son-owned shop, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. The photos I've posted show the old exhaust parts that were cut and removed, the replacement components, and the finished install underneath the vehicle. Everything was fitted cleanly and solidly--no shortcuts, no sloppy work. They replaced my muffler and repaired the damaged section from the theft in just a little over an hour, which honestly exceeded my expectations. The car sounds right, drives smoothly, and feels properly repaired--not patched together. What I appreciated most was their honesty and efficiency. In connection with a planned 2000 mile trip, I took the SUV to my long-time mechanic, Ise Automotive, in Los Feliz. When I picked up the car, I was told that there was something "odd" about the Michelin tires on the vehicle and that I should have them checked out by a tire expert. He recommended American Tire Centers, with whom he'd done business for decades. I was skeptical, as I'd put very few miles on the tires, but nevertheless called American to determine when I might have them inspected. Vahe ("Vic") said I could bring in the vehicle the same afternoon. When I arrived, the lot was filled with cars under some stage of repair or replacement. Nevertheless, Vic turned immediately to examining my Michelin tires. To my untutored eye, they looked pristine. However, after completing his inspection, Vic said that due to their age, the rubber was separating from the material beneath. This, he told me, is why tire warranties are valid for a maximum number of Miles (usually 50,000) OR time period (in this case, five years). It was clear I was going to have to replace the tires. The question, then, was "With what?" At the age of 80, I am a "careful" consumer. When I'm teeing up to buy a product or to commission a service, I do my homework. In this case, however, it had largely been done for me. Paired with a string of online recommendations attesting to the honesty of the shop, I also had absolute confidence in my mechanic of several decades, who had sent me to Vic with his endorsement. I purchased a set of four new Michelins. Vic said he'd do an alignment only if it were necessary. The next morning (less than 24 hours after I'd been advised by my mechanic to have an expert inspect the tires), the car was ready for pickup. Vic told me to bring it back for inspection when I returned from my trip. Conclusion: I could not have been happier or more impressed with the treatment accorded me by Vic and his colleagues. They were professional, prompt and, I believe, honest in their pricing. Based upon my experience, I've no hesitancy in recommending them without reservation.

Angel, the manager, gave fair prices but then changed his prices and was extremely defensive about me asking whether he's worked on any Tesla before, which is a fair question. It seemed a little weird that he was so insecure about his work that he said, I don't like being questioned about my job. Teslas are built differently than conventional ICE cars so it was a very fair question. He also didn't like me asking if he's insured. I concluded that his work is likely subpar, he hasn't worked on upper end cars, and he doesn't have insurance. read more

I had to come back two more times because they couldn't get it right. While "fixing" it, they broke my bumper clips and used zip ties to hold things together -- without telling me. I was sitting inside my car the entire time, and they clearly hoped I wouldn't notice. It gets worse. They poked a hole in an OEM headlight component that was specifically designed to prevent humidity from getting inside. When I questioned it, I was told, "It's fine, it won't get wet," and they slapped a sticker over it like that somehow made it acceptable. This isn't just poor workmanship -- it's careless damage to factory parts and a complete lack of honesty and accountability. If you don't know how to properly fix something, say that. Don't experiment on customers' vehicles and destroy OEM components in the process. Completely unacceptable.

I actually followed Cris over from his previous shop, Bravo Tint, because I knew the level of quality and attention to detail he brings, and this experience just confirmed I made the right call. I went with IRX tint, 15% all around and Air 80 on the windshield, and the results are incredible. The heat rejection is noticeable right away, glare is reduced, and the overall driving experience is much more comfortable with the added privacy. The install is flawless, no bubbles, no dust, perfectly cut and filed edges. Everything looks factory, if not better. It's clear these guys take their time and care about doing things the right way. However when I got there, he quoted me $240 because he had to install a custom bracket for the rear camera. (The custom bracket was just a piece of plastic taped to the rear headrest.) I did not have much time so I agreed to do it. A couple months later, the dash cam stopped working. When I contacted him regarding the issue, he quoted me $80 for a diagnostics fee. I went with someone else who did it for a fraction of that price. I guess it was my fault that I paid for his service. If you're a customer, ASK FOR "OUT THE DOOR PRICE"
