I don't know where to begin. I've been having issues with my insurance provider, BCBS, and wasn't able to get the service I needed. I needed treatment and care but they weren't willing to charge me in-network prices for an out-of-network provider even though they don't have any in-network providers available to treat me. Overturned Denial of Long Term Disability Claim After a stressful filing and follow-up, my mom's long-term disability claim was denied. This is my second review of Kantor and Kantor because they appealed two of my LTD claims and my Social Security claim (Megan Ditolla) which most recently was reversed and returned favorable making me eligible for my LTD claim. They are by far the best of the best! Several years ago, I became ill and began to feel numbness and tingling on the left side of my body. I also experienced left sided weakness, memory loss, balance issues, falls and started to forget my words and the ability to resolve math problems. This all greatly impacted my day to day life activities and my ability to work my 8 hour a day demanding job. I was hospitalized at one point and lost the ability to move my upper and lower extremities for several days. A brain MRI revealed lesions in my brain or demyelination disease known as MS. Although I had all these symptoms, I saw several neurologists who believed I had MS while others were uncertain. My case fell into a grey area which was a bit of a challenge for my LTD claim and Social Security claims which were denied two times. I was in disbelief and broke down the day I read the second denial notice. I emailed several inquiries to attorneys that day and Mr. Glenn Kantor himself called me within minutes of hitting send. My case was not an ordinary case and posed challenges because of my grey diagnosis but he took the time to call me and explain the process. After speaking with him I felt relieved and hopeful.
