Smelled really nice. Got lucky she sells Scentsy. Was able to make a couple purchases from her. Now our room and truck. We'll be continuing our stay for the next couple weeks. Not there much. To know onsite mgmt is there, gives us peace of mind. Clean linen is such a welcome. Ac works. So glad we tried this little gem. Furniture a bit outdated. Clean is clean.

I am responding to ES comment, or Eileen Swickle, about her bed bug problem. Ms. Swickle came to our facility on foot on June 10, 2019, claiming her car broke down. She claimed her Aunt in New York would need to pay for her as that that is who controls all of her finances. After discussing it over with her Aunt and getting payment, Eileen proceeded to thank me as that she told me she was homeless and had been living on the streets in Kissimmee. She had a distinct odor coming for her and her legs were bandaged and had bite marks all over them. The previous Managers checked Ms Swickles room for what she considered were bed bugs for an hour and a half and found NO TRACE of any such thing. I was not present for said search as that I was not a full time Manager at that time. Ms Swickle was then moved to a different room, of which 2 weeks into it she made the same complaint. My husband I checked and found no evidence of bed bugs again. She did ask me to spray under her sink and I did. And she asked me to spray her room for all bugs. I told her the spray we use is pet friendly and safe, as that I, as well as other tenants have pets and I am very cautious when it does come to pets. I did as she asked and sprayed her entire room, avoiding the area where her cat was, as that Ms Swickle had been complaining several times a day about various things to all 4 Managers, I didnt want a complaint about her cat getting sick. Sure enough after SHE ASKED ME TO SPRAY, the very next day she came into a room I was cleaning, where she had NO BUSINESS being, and accused me of poisoning her cat. She, as well as my husband, were in the room when I sprayed to appease her, and it was clearly noted by her and thanked me for avoiding her cats area. Ms. Swickle told me at said time she hadnt showered since she bad been at our facility, claiming for some unknown reason that she could not use our shower. But suddenly on her last day of stay could. Ironic. While here her cat, who DID NOT wear a vest as a service animal, or have ANY markings showing it was a service animal, destroyed our sheets and towels for urinating all over them. I could have charged her for damages but did not. Regarding the wifi password, I gave Ms Swickle the SAME EXACT password the previous Manager gave her. I have NO intentions of dissuading tenants from using our Wifi. The first room Ms Swickle was put in, Room 106, had NO password on it. She had trouble getting online as that she was sharing the service with other tenants. Room 102 she had to use the office wifi, and Im sorry to say Ms. Swickle, BUT Motel Business being conducted is more important than your usage of our Wifi. The wifi at our facility is a privilege. Ms. Swickle likewise tied our business line up daily, sometimes for hours, and we were not getting important business phone calls because she was CONSTANTLY on the phone. The black snake Ms. Swickle saw was investigated by both my husband and the previous Managers husband, and found to be a pipe snake. She was told this, yet continued to call and harass all 4 Managers about it. Even though it was in the backyard where ONLY Managers are allowed. As far as cleaning, I can tell you my system daily for each room I clean. I strip beds of sheets and bed spread and take to our laundry room to wash. Sheets and towels are ALWAYS bleached. Everything in the room is cleaned with Odaban or Simple Green, as that both kill all viruses including HIV. And I am a stickler about that, as that I have a poor immune system. I scrub shower top to bottom. Scrub sinks. Scrub toilet. After Im done I sweep entire room and bathroom, put bed back together AND I mop. Lavendar Fabuloso is a hit as it makes our rooms smell amazing. And yes, I sweep under the bed. I have a broom that reaches.

I've had the pleasure of dining at Salt & the Cellar by Akira Back for dinner and brunch, as well as Sunday afternoon tea, and I've always had a lovely experience. The design is absolutely stunning at every turn. They are a wellness-focused hotel with an excellent spa, amenities, and a dazzling mocktail program. No for real -- these drinks are so over the top, healthy, and delicious. And yes, also very pricey. I've attended several events at the ette, most recently Mother's Day high tea and a pilates wellness event. They always make you feel like royalty and I just love visiting here as a local.

5-star pricing, but not a 5-star hotel experience…read more I'll start with the positive: the hotel accommodated an early check in, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was underwhelming. I stayed in Room 515, and the hallway noise was excessive throughout my visit. I'm not sure if employees gather in that area before shifts, but there were frequent loud conversations and people shouting down the hallway that carried directly into the room. For a hotel positioning itself as a luxury property, I expected a quieter environment. The room itself had several issues. The bedside charging ports did not work. The bed was made with a comforter but no top sheet, which felt unusual for a hotel at this price point. I was also disappointed by the Le Labo amenities. The hotel's website prominently features a Le Labo amenity box containing numerous products. In reality, the box in my room contained only one Le Labo hand lotion, hand soap and bath salts. It felt misleading compared to the way it is presented in the hotel's website. I needed to use the steamer for a shirt and, while it appeared to be a fairly inexpensive unit, I expected it to function properly. After filling it just above the minimum water line, it immediately began sputtering water everywhere. Since I didn't have time to call for a replacement, I left it on the countertop with a note explaining that it was not working, expecting housekeeping would replace it. Instead, it was simply placed back in the bag. Housekeeping attention to detail was lacking as well. Small pieces of mint wrappers that I left near the coffee station remained there after the room was serviced. These are the kinds of details I would expect a luxury hotel to notice and address. Another disappointing interaction occurred when I called the front desk to ask if they had Tums or a similar antacid available. The employee initially had no idea what I was referring to, and once he understood, he laughed and told me to go to CVS. I've stayed at many 3- and 4-star hotels that keep basic items such as antacids or ibuprofen available for guests, so this response was surprising. Breakfast was mediocre, and the service throughout the property never rose above average. Nothing was terrible, but very little felt exceptional. For nearly $1,000 for two nights, I expected a much higher level of service, attention to detail, and overall guest experience. None of the issues on their own would have ruined the stay, but together they created an experience that fell well short of what I would expect from a hotel charging 5-star rates. The property may market itself as a luxury hotel, but my stay did not reflect a luxury experience.

Not to mention, if you stay at the resort, you are allotted a one hour early entry into the park. We arrived around lunchtime and were able to check into our room. We were a little surprised, but very grateful for the opportunity to drop our bags before we headed to the pool. We were placed on the seventh floor and got off the elevator to the cleanest hallway. I've ever walked down in a hotel before. Granted, the hotel is very new, but it felt very new. We walked into our very well lit room facing the pool. There were two queen beds and again one thing that I noticed, it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and it came with a fridge as well. We quickly had it down to the pool where we spent most of our time. The water was warm in the pool was also clean. There were a lot of umbrellas for those that want shade and seating in general. Underwater, there is music playing, which we thought was a cool touch. We ended up staying late into the evening where they played a movie for kids. They also had football playing at the galaxy bar, too. The staff was kind and attentive. They were quick to help us with anything we needed, which was very little. We ended up having breakfast at the café downstairs and enjoyed it. This is definitely a five star for us. It's inexpensive and convenient. It's clean and quiet.

The best part about this hotel is that it is located literally 5-10 minutes walking distance from Epic Universe. All you need to do is cross one street that actually does not see very much traffic and boom you're at the front gates! But, the hotel itself is also dazzling and new. I ended up staying in a room with a theme park view and we were very comfortable. We even came back to the room midday and took a nap, so we really took advantage of the proximity. I'd love to stay here again. My only caution is that rates can get very high if you book near October due to HHN. But that would be the case regardless of hotel booked.

After eating at roaring Fork, we went out to gyser point for some late refreshments and snacks, which I will be doing a separate review for those. The cast members to mention are Josh the chef, Anna the server from geyser point, and Josh the bartender from Geyser Point. Was a quiet sleep, but I was exhausted from driving so..... The pool was warm, not a way to cool off anywhere on a hot day. Also was told that it was $100/day to use the pool!!!! We stayed at the old cabins and these upgraded ones are insane. Thoughtful design with little Disney character touches sprinkled throughout. There is a ton of room, a huge bathroom, and common space with a large TV and kitchen. We loved the patio/deck too where we could enjoy the weather. If you want to experience something that definitely doesn't feel "Florida" but rather like the mountains in Colorado or Smokey Mountains... this resort is calling you! What an upgrade! Although the new cabins have lost a little bit of the charm that came with that wood/log cabin feel, there is no denying that these new ones are super nice. Glamping for sure! The inside is much more modern, the layout is more convenient, and my favorite modification is the better use of natural light (the old cabins were always so dark because if you pulled the curtains to get light from the windows, there was zero privacy). We had a comfortable stay with lots of space for our family of three. We brought a pack-and-play for my daughter and we were still able to easily move around the cabin comfortably with tons of luggage, and have space to relax. We will still contend that this is the hidden gem of the whole WDW property. The price point has remained affordable and we get the privacy of our own little 'house' during our vacation. Plus, with all of the activities and things to do on the Fort Wilderness property, you can spend one or more days just enjoying the resort and taking a break from the parks. Our only wish is that the cabins had a washer and dryer inside since this was technically converted to a DVC property. Not a big deal, but would have been a nice touch. We love the Cabins at Fort Wilderness and will continue to stay here in the years to come! Always a 5-star experience.

Our first character on this trip was Dale who was hanging out here at the wilderness Lodge. The details of this area are amazing with nothing left undone. You feel like you're literally in a big lodge at a national park out west. The rooms are spacious. The accommodations are excellent and we enjoy every aspect of our day. We will often stay in multiple rooms during a stay - this gives uss us a chance to try the resort in several ways and experience it from different vantage points. This trip - we stayed in a studio at Boulder the first night and the 2nd night is at a cabin at Copper Creek and we will plan to finish in a one bedroom suite at Copper Creek. We try to stay in different areas to understand the plus and minus factors (if there are any negatives at Disney). Disney is the ultimate at spoiling...there isn't much better than Disney class and service and style. We are fans for sure!

The property is quiet, close to the Magic Kingdom and has all of the amenities we could ask for. We generally stay in a 1 bedroom villa which adds a living room area with complete kitchen. We can hit a store or have groceries delivered saving us from overpriced resort dining. If you drive there are plenty of parking stalls. If stay on Disney properties and you've never stayed here you may want to try it. Besides, the boat shuttle to Magic Kingdom is pretty cool.

My coworker's toilet wouldn't flush and it took maintenance like an hour to respond. The Front Desk guy named Baulio(?) didn't come across as caring at all. My sink was slow to drain but finally did. The prices are sky high for the restaurant and coffee shop. Otherwise prime location with a mall, Ferris wheel and lots of eateries around. In this hotel is the cutest gift shop and the owner was phenomenal! If in the area and stay here, let me know your thoughts!
