When I microwave the food hear flicker sound found a metal string on food

Don't recommend to anyone, food served in broken containers lid , food taste not good and more disgusting and disturbing think is found a string and smells plastic when I reheat food at home

Stopped here for a quick lunch. It's not that quick as I think they fried the chicken to order. Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. They had the robot that brings the food to the table. Quiet on the inside so not a lot of echo from people talking which was nice. I ate half the chicken and brought the other half home but my son ate it before I got to it.

Good place for a large family outing - it has a variety of things on the menu for everyone We're visiting from out of town and came here with our large family group of 20. The restaurant is big enough for large groups, so the space was not an issue. The wait time was average for a large group. There were a lot of orders, but what our side of the table tried was: the beef and chicken bbq, chicken biryani, zinger burger, mango lassi, and the bbq wings. Bbq items were the best items on the menu. They have desi flavor without being spicy. The chicken biryani was okay. It's the first biryani I've had in a restaurant that needs more spice. In fact, a lot of the Pakistani dishes needed some more spice. The bbq wings and mango lassi were okay. The zinger burger was a personal disappointment because I had high expectations. I've heard Pakistan does a good zinger burger, but there was absolutely no spice in the burger. It, in fact, had some sweetness to it. Their human service was nice, and they even kept our items we left behind for us to come back and get. Really appreciate that! The robot, though, I feel should go. It's a hassle and not needed for the two steps to take to the table. It also can't announce or hand out any dishes. insta: @dfweatshalal

I ordered chicken corn soup and Karachi coffee. It was so delicious. I can't wait to go back again. They recently renovated their restaurant. It gives you the feeling that you are in Karachi. They are taking covid precautions and following CDC rules. It feels safe to be in their restaurant. Karachi Broast have always been one of favorite restaurants. Their kabobs are so flavorful and delicious. I have never disappointed us.

Shawarma, gyros, vegetarian options. Like nothing else I've ever eaten. I've here for 3 iterations and not a lot changes with new names/owners. This iteration is definitely cleaner and friendlier than the last two. So, I'm giving it a review. Worth trying, but don't expect to get out quickly. Great for sitting and chatting with the wife over a meal, though.

The ambiance is very chill, no need to dress fancy at all. I also thought that our "server" was friendly. We got the Chicken Biryani and Mango Lassi. The Chicken Biryani was really tasty! The rice was flavorful and there were several pieces of chicken in the rice. It also came with a side of vegetables and this creamy cilantro sauce. The dish was definitely a bit spicy too. I really enjoyed the Mango Lassi. It was a bit icy, but still very refreshing. Overall, Zouq is a nice place for delicious Indian and Pakistani food! The prices are fairly cheap and the portions are large. I would definitely come back here again.

The staff lack self esteem. If you come for brunch, focus on the karahi and grill items. The halwa puri lacked flavor. The bihari kebab was very good. Cheese balls were very disappointing. Even the plates set on the table were sticky and visibly dirty. This level of neglect points directly to management's lack of basic cleanliness standards and oversight. When we asked our server to explain the difference between two karahis, he could not. This is not the server's fault--it is a failure of ownership and management for not providing proper training. A restaurant that prides itself on specialty dishes should ensure its staff can at least describe them. As for the food, the beef seekh kabab was genuinely delicious, the malai boti tender, and the kandhari naan fluffy. However, the charsi karahi--which they are apparently known for--was bland and flavorless, and the plain rice had an off-putting bleach-like aroma. These issues speak again to poor quality control. Service only worsened as the meal ended. The server sat at the bar while we waited, and after we asked for to-go boxes, he returned with them and promptly went back to sitting instead of offering the check. I had to ask for the bill myself, which came redundantly as both a printed copy and a payment device. The lack of attentiveness reflects poorly not just on the server but on management's failure to train or supervise their staff. For a bill of $73 (half order chicken karahi, goasht khor platter, naan, and rice), the experience was unacceptable. The atmosphere was lifeless--silent, dirty, and uncomfortable. The young server seemed miserable, which again highlights a systemic problem. This is not simply about one employee--it is about an establishment run without pride, care, or professional standards. The shame here lies with the owner and management for neglecting cleanliness, failing to properly train their team, and allowing the overall quality of the restaurant to decline. Unless the owners take immediate responsibility for cleanliness, staff training, and basic quality control, this restaurant will not be around much longer.
