Chicken haleem- chicken qeema and chicken biryani

I really like going to this place cause of the food. I would say they need to improve on quantity of food. it's not enough for adult size. I noticed the servers are not well groomed at all for the type of place they're working. (Maybe provide uniform instead of leggings for work place). The ambiance is fairly good with good music. When they're not busy the service is on point. They need improvement on service when they're busy on weekends especially.

The food is average to above average but the price is not worth it at all. It cost us $200 for a lunch for 2 couples. Got the family size naan which was great! Got the mutton curry which was good too! Chutneys are flavorful. The egg curry was below average. The ambience and space is big as well and its at a central location. Not worth the price though

Given all the mixed reviews we waited a substantial amount of time before trying this place, as it takes restaurants in Dallas a bit to get the hang of things. We came in at 2 PM on a Sunday and about a third of the tables are taken, we were here for a birthday event and they had the entire section beautifully decorated and organized ahead of schedule. We were able to try a number of their karahis, their white biryani, their mixed grill, and their mango lassi. All were full of robust flavor and their naans were cooked to perfection. Were the karahis finger licking good? Not this time but perhaps if we ask for spicier next time around it may do the trick? Gosht I enjoyed better than the chicken but I'm glad I ordered both. Our favorite by far is the white biryani, I cannot explain this dish, but it is SO GOOD. Will be back!

Karahi Boys is an awesome place to eat. The place is beautiful with great decor that creates a nice and welcoming atmosphere. The food is delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Everything we ordered tasted great and came out fresh. The service was also awesome. Our server was busy, but he still did his best to help us and made sure we were taken care of, which I really appreciated. That kind of effort goes a long way. The only downside is that the prices are a little high for the portion sizes, which felt a bit small. That said, the overall experience was good, and I would still recommend Karahi Boys for the quality of the food and the attentive service.

Delicious Pakistani food. Nice for weekend brunch or dinner. We tried a variety of dishes - including K Boys Thali which was very good, well seasoned and hot halwa puri combo with omelet and achar. The Karahi Chicken (1/2 order) was spicy and enough for a group of 4 with the other dishes. Family naan has an elegant display. Service overall was good, food came out quickly, but the owner came by and checked on us a few times. Felt a bit odd when he was asking us to try dishes. Having all the food come out at once made it hard to eat the food hot. Would have been better to bring a few key dishes first, and then bring out the remaining hot dishes later.

Karhai Boys is the new challenger to jump into the growing ring of Pakistani restaurant Battle Royale in DFWurbia. The first thing that sticks out is that this is a nice restaurant. Like they actually spent money by hiring a design professional or someone competent did this decor. This is not something I expect from. Pakistani establishment. Points! Service, while not perfect, they are definitely trying. The first time I went there which was the week of opening the restaurant was bursting and they had a ton of staff. Two weeks later it was not as full (weekday) but they had sufficient staff on hand which is nice. The staff is generally polite and available but they are clearly still working out the kinks with training etc as there were small issues which are issues if you're running a higher class eatery which I believe this is striving ro be. Food, the main event. So been here twice now. If I go off my first visit this would be a 5 star. Second visit, not quite the same. First, a lesson learned, spice level 3 is pretty mild. I think most Pakistani folks should stick to 4 or 5. Kboy Karhai is solid. I also liked the Chitti Chicken Karhai. Fave app is Lahori fish. Charsi is ho hum. They also have bbq but i dont really come here for that. It is kinda pricey, especially the goat dishes. So generally speaking, it's nice to see a really upscale Pakistani place. Service is definitely a priority and the food, if they stay consistent is solid.

Tried this place out last weekend with a friend and we had a great dinner! I had never tried Karahi dishes before and I'm glad I did bc they're so flavorful and delicious! We got the Patakha chicken appetizer which was fried tandoori chicken bites with a chutney type sauce. Yum but nothing to write home about. My friend and I shared entrees and we got the charsi goat karahi and the palak paneer. We also got the family sized naan that came skewered on a large spit which was pretty cool The goat and paneer dishes were delicious and full of flavor. We didn't know what the spice levels were realistically like since various places have different definitions of spicy. Out of 5 levels, we got a 4 for the goat and a 3 for the paneer. Neither were spicy. Really would have liked the level 4 to be a lot more spicier if the highest level is 5. The family sized naan was also rather dry and not very fluffy. I have had better naan at other places. We ended the night with masala chai teas for each of us and they were delicious. I love a good masala chai! Overall I felt the flavors for the entrees was phenomenal but there were a few things lacking like the spice levels and the naan being somewhat dry. I would come back again and try some of their other entrees!

Karahi Boys did a pretty good job given it was their first day serving customers. The place was busy at dinner. Seating was prompt. Food was comparable to what I had experienced in their Toronto location. Overall a positive first impression. I tried the Karahi this time and it was good. Next visit to focus on the grilled food...

Not the same as Canada locations. We were super excited and ordered the full trays of 2 types of karahi and the chicken seekh kabobs along with about 10 naan. Order was prepared in a timely manner, the restaurant was also beautifully decorated but when we got home and ate it we were disappointed. The naan was dry and hard and both the Karahi's were not made correctly. One was supposed to be boneless and it was not and one was supposed to be spicy and it was not. Neither was labeled so we couldn't really tell which one was which. We will try again eating in the restaurant and hope that it's better.

The kabobs were very tender and were able to be eaten with just a fork. Service was quick. Ambiance was very unique and the place was very clean overall. The naan was the best part for me as it was presented nicely but was not hard. It was still soft throughout

We enjoyed multiple helpings of peach cobbler with their soft, serve ice cream, both of which were absolutely fantastic!! Ordering the food was kind of an assembly line set up, with employees dishing out servings. Everyone was friendly and fast, but we were disappointed that both types of ribs were sold out by the time we arrived. We were worried about finding a seat, as this place was absolutely packed on a Sunday evening! We were able to find a booth quickly, and they do have some outdoor seating as well. Definitely recommend stopping into the spot if you are anywhere close!! Many in our group said that this was the best barbecue they've ever had!

The tables are already set with plates, utensils, and pots with water and seaweed (kombu) 4 out of 5 for decor and ambiance I wish I could have liked the food more, but here's my honest opinion. I paid extra for spicy miso broth (I think an extra $2.50). They mix spicy miso paste into the water that is already boiling at your table. Even with hot drops, it was disappointingly bland. There are 3 dipping sauces: garlic teriyaki, ponzu (surprisingly sweet which I didn't enjoy), and peanut sauce (again bland). Nice that the sauces are unlimited, too bad they're not delicious tho. There were many choices of meat. I chose choice ribeye. You order by the ounce here so I ordered 8oz. High quality meat for the price. They give you a really small plate of veggies to start, but then if you ask for more (it's unlimited) they give you a giant bowl of spinach, tofu, carrots, mushroom, cabbage, and broccoli. You're also given white rice and your choice of noodle. I chose ramen, but it wasn't your usual ramen noodle. It was a tiny bowl with a handful of super thin noodles that took a long time to cook. 3 out of 5 for food Would I come back here? Yes! First of all the customer service wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. The cashier lowkey seemed annoyed as soon as I walked in. She wasn't like rude but she wasn't particularly nice either. Also, the pricing is kinda sketchy. They have a sign saying that the pricing they have up isn't accurate and is subject to change with inflation, which, I understand, but still. Even though it was kind of a red flag, I was already committed to the adventure! Plus, as much as I love food, I have no problem paying a premium for anything as long as the food is fantastic/the overall experience is worth it. I wanted to try a few things so I got the taco plate which comes with three tacos, and rice and beans and then I ordered two additional tacos a la carte so I could try other protein options. So the taco plate + 2 additional tacos (5 tacos total) up being $22.72. Which - seemed kinda wild, but whatever, obviously at this point, my expectations are through the roof! I got the Fajita Beef, Fajita Chicken, Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Barbacoa tacos. Unfortunately, none of them blew me away. The rice and beans were standard. The salsas were solid, as well, and extremely spicy! The fajita beef was the most flavorful of all the protein options, but everything else was just okay. Edible, yes. Fantastic? Absolutely not. I actually had to add more seasoning to each protein when I got home. Also, I noticed that, (with the exception of the fajita beef), the meat on the tacos was somehow pretty dry while the taco was greasy at the same time. Not sure how that's even possible. The Al pastor was the most disappointing. Not only was the flavor lacking, but it didn't come with pineapple, which is typically my favorite part. Also, nothing on the receipt was itemized, so I don't even know how much the taco plate was or if I was even charged correctly. For the price, I was expecting this to be an above average experience, but unfortunately, it was not. Definitely a bummer because I've been looking for a really good, tucked away, taco gem in the area, but baby this is NOT the one!
