I say I am hungry and would just like them to get started on the order and they can figure out the $ in the meanwhile. I even show her the transaction on my credit card. She's says it's "pending transaction" Every transaction is pending the first 2-3 days. She was about to charge me again and I tell her I do not want to be double charged. She goes in the back and figures it out. Does not apologize for the inconvenience. Does not try to make it right for us. Will not be eating here again. My husband and friends ordered the thali, and I went for the masala dosa. Everything was exceptional. I even tried my husband's goat thali - something I'm usually cautious about due to the strong flavor goat can have - but every single item was well-balanced. My masala dosa was absolutely outstanding in terms of texture and crispiness with just the right amount of ghee and stuffing. The chutneys were fresh and complemented everything so well. Too bad I forgot to take the photos! The service was warm and attentive, and the restaurant itself was clean and nicely decorated. We're already planning to go back next weekend to try their buffet-style thali served on a banana leaf and the unlimited dosa. Can't wait!
