Each course is a concentrated snapshot of one of the regions. I ended up taking the Birthday Cake (chocolate mousse) home and ate it for breakfast. Our server, Daniel, was superb. We never wanted for anything throughout our lengthy meal. The courses were well paced which allowed us to eat without being rushed. The bar sent my wife a perfect martini, she followed that with an interesting series of wine pairings selected by Antu, the sommelier. The myth is that wine and Indian food don't pair well. I'd like to dispel myth right now. The diverse flavors on the plate welcome accompaniment in the glass. There were some eye-opening combinations that helped to add to the sense of adventure.
