We arrived right as the kitchen was about to close, but they still graciously seated us and provided amazing, welcoming service. The restaurant was also incredibly clean. There is a QR code for the menu you scan with your phone. The food was fantastic across the board. The congee was pure comfort food, and the sesame balls were some of the absolute best I've ever had. They were served nice and warm, the filling wasn't overly sweet, and they weren't greasy at all like a lot of other places. I really liked how the soup dumplings all had individual foil wrappers - made it easy and mess free. Highly recommend!

The beef was so flavorful, and we loved it. So this time, we ordered it again. This time, we also tried the pork noodle soup. The pork was flavorful as well. It was pork belly, so the fat made the meat even more tender and savory. Both dishes were delicious! But of the two, we still liked the beef option better. The ordering process was completely digital. We scanned the menu code with our phones and then selected our dishes ourselves. There was very little "human" touch. I still prefer having a server come take our order, which also makes the tipping decision easier. Anyway, we enjoyed the food and will probably come back again.

There is a decent amount of tables but from my only visit here this past December, there were lots of orders being picked up to go and/or by food pickup drivers. I ordered the Smokey Brisket Pho and everything came out quickly for our party. I did notice their portion size was on the small side. Overall, the broth and contents tasted authentic(being from the Bay Area, California) where I have Pho almost weekly. Service was kind and prompt. Overall, not a bad option when you're in Frisco and hunkering for some authentic Vietnamese fare.

The soups for all three orders had distinct flavors, which was nice. The Pho Me Up broth tasted good, but it is pricey for what you get. The portion sizes here are generally small for the price--the "Large" here is equivalent to a "Medium" at the pho restaurants in Richardson. Even the spring rolls were $8.50. The BBH was not good. It was missing the traditional pork hock and blood, and the flavor actually tasted a little funny. Service was average, and they seemed short-staffed during the lunch rush. Overall: This is the closest pho option in Prosper if you want to save yourself the drive to Richardson, but the value isn't great. I might be back if I am absolutely desperate for pho and don't have the time to drive south, but otherwise, I'd prefer the Richardson spots.

The restaurant itself is large and well laid out. We started with the Scallion Pancake Beef Role which was the best version of this dish I have had in a long time. Tender beef and fresh pancakes! Then we moved onto the Beef Soup with wide noodles. The soup was spiced perfectly and the noodles were just right. We finally finished up with the Kung Pao Shrimp which was delicious and expertly prepared. This place is great and I am already planning my next trip. Highly Reccommended!

Everything fresh. And fxr The beef soup was rich and delicious. You can choose the size of your noodles which is good. The volcano noodles were not as hot as advertised but needless to say amazing. Overall great place, great vibes, and only negative comment is food comes out sporadically as they bring it out when ready. (Which I don't mind), but if you do mind just ask for it all together. Oh and no alcohol (i don't drink), but if you do unfortunately they don't serve it. Go try this place the dumplings and noodles are awesome!

The soup dumplings ended up having a sweet taste in the soup. The hot and sour soup was not sour at all, and I ended up, doctoring it a bit by asking for some vinegar. I would highly recommend against people ordering this if they're expecting the authentic Asian flavor profile. The beef noodle soup ordered medium spicy was not spicy at all and so next time if I ever go back, I'll have to get their extra spicy. And their tofu noodle soup did not have nearly as much tofu as the picture seemed to make us believe. The one thing I did really like was the wontons in the wonton soup so if I come back, I'll probably just be ordering that. Overall, I think I was expecting a classic Taiwanese flavor profile and was left wanting more.
